Since I was I kid I experience this weird feeling in my calves, it's not hurt, not cramps, not numb, or else but feels empty and hollow just like the space.

How do I manage it is to feel hurt, when I put some pain on my calves it feels much better, then I can sleep or else I won't fall asleep

Idk if this is restless legs or something else?

Preferably an easygoing person and no creep pls and be around my age or 20 to 30

So I'm diagnosed with major depression and adhd(unmedicated yet) I'm having a severe executive dysfunctional when it comes to exams week. with a lot of assignments to do and I'm here doing everything except my assignments until I feel the great fear of failed the class. It is so exhausting and makes me hate myself more and worsen the depression.

I really hope the adhd meds will help me with this because the antidepressant do nothing about this situation.

Anyone have the same situation?? How do you survive this?

so, I usually have a vivid dreams and when I started taking aripiprazol it became vivid nightmares. Last night I dreamed about death a lot of deaths and this one is way too weird.

sometimes its just a vivid dreams that sometimes idk if that memory is a dream or real life. anyone had the same experience? is this normal?
