Aloha, I scored the Fly More Combo with 3 batteries and the goggles and joystick 3 for $700. I was honestly expecting to pay a little more when I was looking into buying a drone, so I have some money to spend on "accessories". I live in Hawaii so I'm going to get some ND / PL filters and probably 1 or 2 more batteries. Other than that is there really anything the Avata 2 could benefit from? Or even anything the Goggles 3 or Joystick 3 could benefit from?

Aloha! I'm an avid dji drone flyer since the Spark. Since then I've had the Mavic 2, DJI Avata, Mini 3 Pro and Mavic 3. Out of all my drones I had the most fun/best videos with the mini 3 pro and Mavic 3. I live in Maui Hawaii and mostly shooting mountains, beach, water, waterfalls etc. To be fair I never gave the Avata 1 enough fly time.

Since then I've sold all my drones and don't own any. I'm looking to get back into flying, nothing in particular but of course want to capture some videos etc. I have a chance to get a Avata 2 Fly More Combo with 3 batteries, Goggle's 3 and controller/joystick 3 for $700. Is it worth it in 2026 for $700 or should I wait and see what might be coming next, possible Avata 3 etc.

After my walk on the beach with my dog and too much movement, I decided to try a Hyperlapse on the way to work yesterday. Much better results 💯

20 minutes ride reduced to a 2 minutes Hyperlapse

I've only had my glasses less than a week and just found out today you could do a 30 minute Hyperlapse and it compresses it to a 3 minute video, 10 minutes = 1 minute, 20 minutes = 2 minutes etc.

I took my dog for a walk on the beach but a dog being a dog, likes to sniff everything/stop and go constantly (I don't blame him). So the video ended up being really choppy/moving all around. This is just under a 10 minute walk.

Definitely a cool feature for the glasses. I'll stick to Hyperlapse when I'm walking the beach myself or when I take one of my electric bikes or electric scooters out for a ride but probably not the best video for walking my dog.

Not bad for an easy accessible camera. Of course it doesn't replace a camera and even phones these days will take better pictures. For someone who doesn't like carrying their phone, this is perfect for capturing those special random moments 💯🤙🏽

Just got in the Hohem M7 mainly for cinematic videos of my job (wedding setup) as well as it has AI subject tracking and motion tracking, so I can have it follow me loading jobs, setting up etc.

This is shot on their Hohem app in time lapse setting, you can do left to right, up or down, 180° or 360° time lapse. This is left to right, 30 minutes recorded to a 1 minute video all on auto without any editing.

Just got my Lensology XtraActive Mirror Blue in and just visually so far I'm frickin stoked 🥳. They do show a slight blue tint indoors on the outside of the lense but everything looks fine when looking through the lense. I live in Maui Hawaii so I chose the XtraActive over the GenS plus I wanted mirror lenses. I would of went polarized but my stock lenses are black polarized.

I wanted to test the time lapse on the X200 Ultra, this is shot in all auto mode and no editing. I sat in the plane for 32 minutes holding the phone in the window for this less than minute of footage.

I wanted transition lenses for work. First ill state that I live in Maui Hawaii and it's SUPER BRIGHT even when it's cloudy lol. The UV index is always off the charts! (We're currently at 9.6). I work more outdoors than indoors but constantly going in and out. I was torn between Gen S or XtraActive Mirror. I ended up with XtraActive Mirror as I'm not worried about the length it takes to transition.

Anyone with the XtraActive Blue Mirror with any feedback or photos is greatly appreciated 😁

I'm torn between these two and hoping someone who has one or the other, or better knowledge than me can chime in. I'm looking to get transition lenses since my job I setup events indoors and outdoors. I also live in Maui Hawaii. I would go with their polarized but I want colored lenses since my original lenses are already black. I'm torn between the Gen S Sapphire or XtraActive Mirror Blue. I'm not worried about wearing them while driving. I'm also not worried about the time it takes for them to go from light to dark. I just want the best sun protection for BRIGHT sunny days in Hawaii.

Any help is greatly appreciated 💯🙏🏽

One thing I missed most when getting rid of my x200 ultra was the macro, it's definitely great to have it back💯

First shot is a tiny tiny fly, crazy how this came out considering how far away I was and how small the fly was.
