The Pape & Danforth Location desperately needs repairs..
Every time it rains they have to put out buckets, towels and obnoxiously loud fans.. pic for reference.
I think the landlord is cheap, so does going to the manger really help at all here?

I’m so ready to heal the damage from all the summer 😅
And is it points-based, value-based, subscription or tier based?
As I get older, I find I’ve become quite attached to my routines and structure. Being in bed by 9pm, asleep by 10/1030pm.. but I definitely do want a partner.
Ugh navigating dating w audhd is hard
My best friend of 20 years, someone who used to call me her soulmate, got engaged, pregnant with twins, and bought a house with her partner, all within about 8 months.
During that time, I brought up twice that I felt our friendship was shifting since she got with him. One of those times was while I was going through my own breakup and needed her support too.
The second time, she shut it down by telling me I was a “high maintenance friend” and that she didn’t have the mental capacity to deal with it. We haven’t spoken since. It’s been over 3 months.
Now I’ve been invited to her housewarming party and I really don’t want to go. Going would mean facing the fact that this is our new normal, that I’ve lost my only friend.
I also know I might have set myself up for this. She was genuinely my only friend. I’m AuDHD, and making friends has always been hard for me. She was my safe person.
So AITA if I skip the housewarming and step back from this friendship for good?
I'm in my mid-30s, mid-level in marketing, and I've been applying to jobs on and off for over a year now. Between AI-driven resume screening, one-way video interviews where I'm recording myself answering questions to no one, and the feeling that AI is just taking over everyones job - the process leads me to feel absolutely hopeless. It leaves me feeling stuck, like I'm stuck in a hole with no way out, wondering if I'll ever actually land another job.
Please tell me I'm wrong?
