This is the setup I currently have, Hospitable Host plan + Pricelabs dynamic pricing + listing optimizer subscription.

Love the automated guest messaging and the price optimizer seems to be a lot better than Hospitable's built in dynamic pricing.

Just wondering if there's a better all around option than Hospitable for my 1 property operation. Especially for reporting and accounting, I feel like Hospitable is really lacking in that department without paying an extra $40-100/month which I can't justify for the simple reports I'd like to see.

For some reason, my mower map has drifted one or two feet in one direction, so it's now almost hitting my willow hedge instead of just going to the edge of the garden bed. Why did that happen, and how to fix?

I'm using NetRTK.

I also noticed the mower has lost its positioning status and froze in the middle of the yard twice in the past couple of weeks, when that's never happened before. First time I thought it was because of the wildfire smoke blocking satellite coverage, but the second time most of the smoke has dissipated.

I bought the Luba mini AWD 1500 during their sale this spring, and only the S model was available, not the H. However, having a cool season grass lawn, I'd like to keep it at 3 inches over the summer instead of the 2.6" which is the max height.

Is there any modification I can make to slightly raise the deck height, even a modest 0.2-0.5 inches? Or can I replace the deck somehow?

Just wondering what the battery consumption impact is of increasing/decreasing the blade speed. Is it significant, or should I always keep it on high for the best cut?

My lawn takes about a day + a 2-3 hours of cutting on day 2 to complete my yard. I'd like to whittle it down to a day if possible... Thanks!
