Hiring: Videographer/Content Creator for Fragrance Oil Brand (Dubai based)

We are a growing B2B wholesale fragrance oil business based in Dubai, looking to hire a videographer with a genuine interest or background in the fragrance/perfume industry to create content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Role:
Full time content creator role covering filming, editing, and platform strategy for our brand's video presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, shooting, and editing content across YouTube (long form and shorts), Instagram Reels, and TikTok
  • Creating content that explains fragrance oils, notes, blending, and industry knowledge in an engaging way for buyers and enthusiasts
  • Filming product features, behind the scenes footage, and supplier/production content
  • Adapting content style and pacing across platforms (longer YouTube pieces vs punchy short form for Insta/TikTok)
  • Managing full post production including color grading, sound, and edits tailored to each platform
  • Contributing creative ideas on video concepts and content strategy, not just execution

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio spanning YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, ideally with some experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or a related lifestyle/product niche
  • Must have own camera and full gear (lighting, mics, etc.)
  • Must hold a valid UAE work visa, we are not able to sponsor visas for this role
  • Some familiarity with fragrance terminology is a big plus, and a genuine curiosity about the industry is even better
  • Organized, reliable, and able to turn around edits on a consistent schedule

Compensation:
AED 5000 - 8000/month

How to Apply:
This is a direct hire. We do not charge any fees to candidates. Please send your portfolio (YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok links preferred) along with a short note on your interest or experience in the fragrance space and your salary expectations, via DM. Only serious applicants please, generic "Hi" messages will be skipped.

Do we even need a normal SAAS Dashboard anymore?

I'm building a SAAS tool for marketers and everyday I find myself working on improving UX/UI thinking this will improve user traction, but then I see all the videos on Insta and see that everything can be done on claude.

Since everything is skills and tools now and everything can be connected through MCP, do users even need a traditional dashboard anymore?

Like the whole point of a dashboard was always to give you a query interface over your data, but it seems like it's easier to convince user to use the tool in claude then to come to your dashboard.

The only reason I think dashboard is good is visual representation of the data and not just text always.

Also dashboards are team coordination artifacts. Everyone in a meeting can look at the same screen. Agents feel personal, not shared.

Curious if anyone building SaaS right now is actually rethinking their product surface because of this. Are you leaning into dashboards, killing them, or building something in between?

Any looking to start a fragrance brand? I can help with sourcing, designing and launching on Amazon/TikTok!

Hi,

I am based in Dubai and I'm working with a fragrance oil manufacturer with in-house French perfumers. I've been attending all major trade shows like Cosmoprof, Beautyworld, etc and we've worked in launching multiple brands ourselves and after learning from both success and failures, I now know what needs to be done and what to avoid.

If you're looking to start your own fragrance brand ( perfumes, candles, etc ), I can help with:

  1. Sourcing highest quality fragrance oils
  2. Product development and packaging
  3. Branding and design
  4. Launching on Amazon & TikTok
  5. Introduce you to Distributors

I'm not selling a course or anything like that. Genuinely just enjoy this space and want to connect with people who are serious about building something. If you're just exploring the idea, that's cool too. I remember being at that stage and having a million questions with nobody to ask.

DM me. Happy to chat!
