so someone bought from me and i bought from them ($1 listings) - for multiple items. a top i received from them was absolutely disgusting, it had pit sweat stains and the same color stains all throughout the shirt- making it unwearable. none of this was shown in pictures or in the description.

i left a bad review ( 3 stars and pretty lengthy details, i included it in pictures ) and i feel like it was pretty justified. it was a disappointment because i feel like i missed out on sum stuff and was scammed.

a bit after leaving the review they messaged me with a short apology but immediately (what felt like) attacked me over the items i sent them ?? it was two juicy couture pj shorts. they said it was black sharpie all over the waistbands and they made it out to seem like it was worse than the top they sent me- as if they were unwearable ? i don’t usually mess up or stain clothes so i will admit i dony usually inspect items for any flaws but i genuinely dont know if they are telling the truth about them. either way i feel like its unfair because really think about it. two juicy couture shorts with some marks on the waistband- that are literal pjs and not going to be worn out, or a top with nasty yellow pit stains all over it ? i feel like its obvious which is worse. they also complained about their shop rating which didnt even get affected that much. they have hundreds of reviews and one review didnt do alot- they still have a 4.9 i dont think anyone would just not buy from them after seeig my review. i just dont want the review removed because i think its justified, they dont sell clothes in general its mostly handmade kandi/pins. its just not a big deal. in the messages of them complaining about the juicy shorts they seemed so passive aggressive honestly i wish i could leave another review thats worse just for the attitude.

also not to mention the shipping time. after deciding our trade, i shipped same or next day (im to lazy to check rn) and i told them. a few days later they messaged me saying they were gonna ship soon and they ended up shipping almost a week after.

i always ship quick, add freebies whether its stickers - more clothes (my shop is mainly clothes and handmade accessories) i also leave a little thank you note saying i would appreciate honest reviews.

this is my first reddit post i hope this fits guidelines 🫶 i would appreciate advice, just want to know if i should even get the review removed or not ? i feel like its justified and its not even like its 1 star or that it did much to their shop rating. i think they are in the wrong.
