Cool Silver Age comic, absolutely wrecked. Assume is a 1-2? Or is it even worse? It’s complete but with tape and staples and some scuffing on the cover. I got it for like $1 in the 80s, and it came this way.

So, when Rick reveals that Morty was not “doing it over” he was just doing it again, and that every time he did it, he incinerated a Morty, he actually shows 2 very cruel points:

1. Morty incinerated a Morty everytime, but that just leaves the previous universe he leaves completely Morty-less. He could have just swapped places with a Morty everytime. Rick instead chose to have the Morty be incinerated AND leave the Smiths of every discarded universe having no idea what happened to him.
2. Rick showed that he had access to the historical record of every universe Morty visited, and yet, never disclosed that he knew which was the one Morty and

his ⁠girlfriend survived the plane crash. He could have sent Morty there, although he would have had to reject Ricks offer to return to the original spawn point. But Morty doesnt mind a little universal murder to get what he wants.

Every episode has a little extra mind fuck the more you think about it….

I feel like it’s becoming my fave tune by her. I haven’t seen the movie. The song is just so wonderful, yearning and optimistic.

I was even paying attention and I missed it by a few minutes!!

I checked the r/ and know people here have been experimenting with persistent memory using markdown files, MCP, Obsidian, SQLite, agents, RAG, etc. Those are smart approaches.

My angle is a little different.

The idea is: ChatGPT is specifically blocked by OpenAI to access your archive for privacy reasons (yay!). But you are not! You can request your full archive and in 24 hours, get a full download to your computer, right?

And we know ChatGPT also has a ton of App Connectors. One is Google Drive.

So I created a folder on Google Drive, dropped the archive in there, and then vibe-coded a compiler to search, read and understand all of the conversations we've ever had and that became accessible to my ChatGPT agent!

So ChatGPT and I talk, and it can go to Drive and query a topic, read all of our past convos, and then come back and discuss. (Pretty much like YOUR brain does when you remember a past discussion....)

Anyway, seems to work REALLY WELL!

I was messing around tonight and coded a skeet edit button.

Obviously it does not work in the official Bluesky app or on the official browser view.

But here’s the weird part.

The edited skeets do appear correctly in some alternative ATProto communities/clients, while the main Bluesky app still shows the original version.

So depending on where you view the exact same post, you can literally see different versions of it.

Blacksky.community, for example, showed my edited skeets for me!!

I assume this isn’t new news to people deeper in ATProto, but it surprised the hell out of me.
