got a new phone, went from a oneplus n20 to a pixel and I can't seem to open my old keepass database. I saved a backup, transferred the file to the new phone, put in the same master password and it says "could not read credentials"

I recently found out that my Cousin tried to baptize her niece and nephew while she was babysitting them a few weeks ago. Basically what happened was her non believer brother left the kids in her care for a day while he had to take care of something with his wife. In that day, my super religious cousin decided that she was going to get the kids baptized without her brother's consent. She contacted her church and made arrangements for it to happen that afternoon and even though she's not a legal guardian the church accepted to do this because she spends a lot of time at the church.

My other cousin and his wife got done with their appointments early and tried calling his sister but she wouldn't answer, so he tracked his kids phones and drove straight to the church where he got into a huge argument with his sister and the priest about going behind his back to do this even though she knows he didn't want this for his kids.

my question is, if they had go through with the baptisms, what legal ramifications could my cousin and the priest potentially face.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask for advice, but I'm looking to make a lightweight rain poncho to wear when I go fishing or hiking. my thoughts were to have it double layered with the outer layer being waxed or oiled cloth and having another layer of cotton or other natural fiber on the inside to make it more comfortable/ semi breathable. I originally thought of using a canvas drop cloth as the outer layer and waxing it but now I'm thinking it might be a little heavy. I'm wondering if somebody could suggest fabrics I could use for the outer and inner layer of the poncho.

I also have no clue if my idea would even work. so if anybody could shine some insight on ideas of what will or wont work and what I should look for in fabrics to stay cool-ish in the rain.

I don't like when people eat in my truck, I don't know if that's a little outdated way of thinking or whatever. But I don't want crumbs or sticky sauces or whatever to fall into my truck cab and dirtying it up or having food smells linger in it. I've had a few incidents where people will eat in the car, and I'll ask them nicely not to do so and they'll understand and put the food away. But last week, I had my cousin's daughter sitting in the back seat while we picked up food for a gathering, she started taking food out of the bags and eating in the truck. I told her politely I didn't want her eating in my truck, and she went " why?' and "so?" and kept doing it. I asserted myself and told her I was telling her nicely, and I wouldn't repeat myself. I asked her to put the food away and she said " I don't care" and told me I couldn't tell her what to do, so she kept eating and I'm pretty sure I saw he wipe her hand on the seat too. So I pulled over, got out, opened her door and told her to walk the rest of the way, which was only 10 minutes.

When we got home everybody told me I was over reacting and that she was just a child. she's 15 years old, she knows what she's doing.

I don't have a lot I feel like I can call my own. my truck is one of my safe spaces and I want to keep it clean and tidy.

Just wanted to get people's opinions on m43 camera in 2026. as the title says, I'm currently using a gx85, that I got second hand, and I'm pairing it using adapters and speed boosters with vintage minolta lenses, I love the effects and colours I get with the combination. it's a beautifully compact setup and I love how simple the gx85 is to operate. that being said, the evf is lacking and it is a 10 year old cameras.

would it be worth it from me to upgrade to like a G95 if I'm not going to be utilizing the auto focus or lens stabilization?

my father has started his descent into dementia and I want to be able to keep an eye on him while I'm at work in case something were to happen to him or my mom. looking for some small discreet ip camera system that I can hide and sprinkle throughout his house in case something happens.

wondering if anybody would have a recommendation for a pov action cam, something similar to the meta glasses without the smart glasses part.... I wear prescription glasses and I have a fat head, so most regular glasses don't fit the width of my head. is there something that I could mouth to the arm of my glasses and film with easily? I know there's a bunch of them on aliepxress and amazon, has anybody tried them?

so I downloaded and installed the element x app along with ntfy, and when I run the push notification test, it shows all good, but when somebody actually sends me a message, it doesn't show anything on my phone, only on the desktop.

any recommendation on where I should start looking to fix this?

I've been seeing a lot of videos of mobile mechanics lately and I've been wondering what the legality of working on cars in a public place is? I'm not adverse to wrenching on my own vehicle but I also don't have a proper place to work on it. my home situation doesn't allow for me to work in my parking spot and I don't necessarily want to pay to have somebody do simple stuff like change the oil or rotate my tires.

I know most plazas are private property, but would it be legal to work on my truck in a public place?

I was walking with this gentleman the other day, and we were talking about my how everything got more expensive with products and services lately, and he mentioned that for my 22 tacoma, I should only use original Toyota air filters, except for the cabin filters, any cheap thing from an auto-parts store would do. I should ideally use original Toyota oil filters, but not use original Toyota engine oil. original brake and power steering fluids but aftermarket front / rear differential fluid, and it didn't matter for the transfer case...

how do I know when I'm supposed to use original parts and where, does it actually make a difference or was this man just talking out of his ass and pretending like he knew what he was talking about and wasn't really a real mechanic?
