It hasn't felt the same since

Not even saying this to complain, ive been a fan for about a decade now and fully understand the cycle of the games. But yeah no, damn was it a golden year! Something something that one Office line about wishing you knew you were in the good times because im feeling it

Best loadout for knight destrier?

Getting ready for a large tournament at the end of July that i am bringing my knights for. It's my first multi day tournament so im very excited! My list was going to have the Knight destrier in it, was thinking of running it dual melee to throw up the board with my lancer. Was wondering if the community had a come to a decision though of what was best. Thanks :)

23M, about two months of growth and not sure what to do with it. First time giving a beard a go

I've toyed with the idea in the past but this is the longest I've let it go. Kinda just keeping it neat right now while letting it grow. Besides that 🤷🏼‍♂️

List for this weekend, what are your thoughts?

Doing a learn to play 11th edition tournament, how does this list feel to you guys? Im running Gate Warden Lance with Dominus Foebreakers, and taking purge the foe as as my disposition.

Lancer, worth it or not with tank shock change and point increase?

Hey!

Building my list for a local get to know the game tournament for 11th next Saturday and im looking at my knights and just can't decide if the lancer is worth it anymore. It's become more expensive, and the tank shock change has it hurting itself! It's a powerhouse in melee but i feel like it's hard to be confident with it now.

What are your guys thoughts?

Dang, literally the last thing in the new book. Hopefully not a clue to our future through the edition

Just got the new 11th edition box and was looking through the book. Seeing chaos knights last hurts but isn't unusual. Hoping this isn't how we’ll be thought of through the edition

Looking at new rules for 11th. Did we lose our shoot over terrain?

Was looking at the new rules like i said for knights and from what i could see i didn't see anything about our old ability to go up to a wall and shoot over it. Is that not a thing anymore or am i just blind as bat? Thank you :)

I come to share the good news, 2-1 this weekend with our knights! Fun pic of final round!

First round was a wash against tyrinads, had to concede at the end of my round three with only five sisters and armiger left because of some of the worst rolls ever. Round two was a close fought victory of 91-89 against the salamanders. Round three was a fun all-out assault against the deathguard running a 150 poxwalkers list with a 99-43 win! Wasn't a competitive tournament but still had a lot of fun with everyone!

With the release of Armageddon box coming, what are safe models to keep collecting for new ork players?

By safe i mean models that are not going to be refreshed soon or that are old and crappy and not worth putting together. Thank you :)

Bringing knights to a tournament tomorrow, any tips in advance?

Going to a tourney tomorrow, first time taking knights out for anything more then a fun match with friends, any advice before i probably go get slapped around for a bit? List is *final* as it has been submitted already. Thank you :)

u/theforeversushiroll — 4 months ago

Trying to figure out a fun list to run, would you change much?

My store is running a tournament next month where you can only have one of each character and 2 of everything else(its supposed to be a bad list tournament to make people play stuff they usually don't) so im going to bring my knights I think. This was my list i thought of, what do you think?

u/theforeversushiroll — 5 months ago

My store has a monthly tournament and i think i want to bring my Deathguard to the next one. Looking for something fun but still viable! Before it gets recommend though i know i should get a defiler but they sold out in seconds and i am sad. My only other thought might be to switch the MPH for a bloat drone but i kinda love the little buggers. Thoughts appreciated and welcomed! :)
