When do i have to report at nearest iit/nit/iiit/gfti? after 1st round? when floating? when freezing? when paying saf?

since there are 2 rounds only is it possible that the cutoff becomes higher and i dont get the college that i am getting based on round 4 or later cutoffs? or is the rank adjusted accordingly?

i might get cse at this college, how is the hostel facility? a lot of videos show a very poor room but others show a nice one. plus, are there pg available for girls near the college? how are the other facilities? teachers, computers and such? any feedback is appreciated

Half mark cut for expression IN EVERY QUESTION.
That's half in 11 qs. 5.5 cut for reasons that I cannot challenge.
The teacher doesn't know the words "casteist" and "posh". ZERO marks. They are alternatives to "caste-based" and "sophisticated".

Was this even checked by an English teacher? What is this, CBSE?

Since my exams have finished, I have started to get more irritable, easily provoked and on the verge of crying. Even the slightest insinuation about my result or any minor inconvenience in general completely turns my mood off.
