T-shirts for Marlon Brando “undersized” fit?

I’m surprised this question has apparently not been asked in this sub, but does anyone have experience or advice on how best to replicate Marlon Brando‘s tight T-shirt look? Before anyone asks I am at least as jacked in every upper body body part as he is in Streetcar Named Desire :P I am also aware that they tailored and did tricks to make it look super tight, and I’m not trying to replicate it 100%.

Are actual loopwheel T-shirts better for such a purpose than non-loopwheel tubular because the fabric stretches better? Presumably you want something relatively lightweight, because heavyweight just wouldn’t stretch? Unfortunately or fortunately this rules many options out since heavier weights dominate the loopwheel space. Real McCoy actually advertises their 2 pack and undershirt as undershirts, any other brands that do undershirts? Do I just have to try every 6oz or below tubular made in Japan until I find the fit that’s as good as possible? Looking for other people’s experiences.

Is there a T-shirt brand more cropped than Samurai?

Looking for T-shirts that are as cropped as possible in terms of length and sleeve length. Thus far in my search it looks like Samurai has by far the most cropped dimensions, and I'm considering buying the 2-pack. Are there other brands that are even more cropped, presumably they would have to be Japanese? I found that Warehouse is comparable in length but longer sleeves, and Asket in short is also fairly short but still longer in sleeves.

For the next iteration of my garage gym I'm considering buying uprights and crossmembers from Rogue and doing a wall-mounted rack. My house is an Eichler post-and-beam construction, so the top of the wall in my garage I'll be mounting the rack to is a 4x10 douglas fir beam that's intended to support the roof. I know that normally what people do is they'll mount a stringer board across a number of vertical studs and mount the rack to that. If I get 100" uprights and I mount horizontal crossmembers to the very top of the uprights, they are at just the right height to go straight into the beams. On the other hand if I get the angled uprights (equivalent mounting height of 90") they will miss the beams and I'll have to do the stringer board. Which is preferred? I'd expect it'll be a bit of a wash, but I'm not a structural engineer lol.

If it matters, I intend on not having bottom crossmembers and mounting feet to the floor directly. The whole reasoning for all of this is to leave as much mounting flexibility as possible for my Voltra.

I bought a pair of Oneida, but turns out I'm just too into barefoot shoes. I am allowed one exchange, so if anyone is currently in the market for one and know your size and it's available on the website, please DM me and I will work out a fair discount with you. Thanks!
