Hello, meron ba dito naka-experience like they felt lost and not motivated anymore sa new work.
For context, yung previous job ko super busy talaga but the good thing is that I have a team, they're all good people which is naging friend ko na rin even outside work.
But I transition to new work, manageable yung tasks pero direct to client with no team I can speak every now and then.
I just realized na you can't have it all pala talaga and iba talaga kapag you have people you can talk, rant to, and share things about life.
Kaya if you're in a good environment, cherish the people around you and make the most out of it, days will come na, you'll have other priorities and you'll surely miss them.
