I had some shoes from Depop delivered on July 3rd, I immediately went to pick up the package but nothing was there and it's now the 5th and still no sign of the shoes. :( I'm not sure if they were stolen or it's just a glitch with the tracking. What should I do? They costed $50 so I definitely want my money back if they were stolen but I know that's not fair to the seller to ask for a refund if that's the case.

I seriously think Depop should enforce a strike system on sellers who don't ship their items. Like after the 3rd time a seller doesn't ship, they should banned from selling.🤷‍♀️ Now I understand if something happens and it's genuinely out of the sellers control but at least communicate or refund the buyer. It's almost like 90% of the items I've bought on Depop end up never being shipped. And I either, never hear from the seller OR they give me some sob story. Like yeah, it sucks your great great great grandmother is in the hospital but just ship my stuff or give me my money back.✌️

This subs been kinda dead so why don't you guys share some of the coolest things in your collections? I think for "rarest" mine would be the pre gaze photos of Reita performing without his noseband I bought awhile ago. Then I have a few photos from their indies days that are signed by the guys, some of them even have Yune's signature! :)

Decided to sell some sandals on Depop after not using the app for awhile. The sandals are listed for $13 and the amount of ridiculous lowball offers I've gotten is insane. I declined one person's offer, they then bought the sandals, then claimed their address was saved wrong as a way to get a refund and just fuck with me I guess. Which of course I fell for since I don't really sell on Depop often and I didn't really pick up on that they were just trying to mess with me until a few hours later. But yeah, I now remember why I stopped using this app because of stupid stuff like this. :/

Hey guys, I don't really sell often on Depop, just occasional stuff that didn't fit me or stuff I'm not wearing anymore so I'm not sure if this is common. I had some sandals listed and a girl bought them then immediately texted me saying her address was saved wrong. I told her I'd refund her then repost the sandals so she can buy them again with her updated address now she's not responding. Now I'm kinda confused on if she just changed her mind and wanted her money back or if that was some attempt to scam lol?

Can someone please explain this to me in simple terms before I actually crash out?!? Is the policy only affecting things like dolls and toys or is it other things as well? I ship a lot of valuable items from overseas like signed photo cards from celebrities who've passed away and I'll be a mess if they get destroyed.😭😭

I'm not asking this to spread negativity or anything like that so please don't take it that way. I'm just curious as to what everyone else is thinking of their current situation. I feel like a lot of their fandom has left, including JP fans, there was hundreds of fans selling their entire collections on Mercari after the Aoi announcement so it's got me a little worried. And with the updates to Heresy (the whole membership level thing) it seems like they're trying to get fans to not cancel their memberships with it.

Personally I have a bunch of mixed feelings towards them right now. I love the GazettE and I'll always support them but I'm also really disappointed with how everything involving Aoi was handled. I'm not saying Aoi was in the right for how he left either but it was a shit show from both sides. It almost feels like fans were forced to pick sides? Then the statements were just so harsh... witnessing a band who's been together for 20+ years talk about each other that way was rough.

But yeah, all of this just has me worried for their future. The rest of the guys statements about continuing on without Aoi seemed like they have a lot of faith in their future. But I still can't help but worry about them disbanding within the next few years. :/ So, what's everyone else thoughts?

You guys I'm sooo embarrassed right now! 😭 I woke up working on autopilot this morning and totally just showed up to my clients place on a day I'm not even scheduled to walk his dog! Just as I was about to let myself in he came up the stairs with his dog. Which I guess is the best case scenario because I'd be absolutely mortified if I would've walked into his house with him in there. Luckily my clients super chill and we both got a good laugh out of it but I can't believe myself! I guess this is my sign to start checking my calendar everyday again even if I only have a few clients...😅

Any other US fans order Kai's bracelet and STILL not have it? 🫠 I feel like a hater (which I'm definitely not lol) anytime I talk about it but you'd think with it being half a year now they'd figure out some way to ship to the US by now..? Or hell even offer a refund if they don't plan on shipping it anytime soon?? I've seen one person say they were offered a refund but no other US fans I've talked to were offered one? And I didn't even get that email myself. But still, the lack of communication to their US fans who spent hundreds on it feels pretty harsh and will definitely have me second guessing any expensive orders from them in the future.🫤

When they announced they were closing Reita's Snaked Lows site I placed my fist and last order on there. It was a huge order, cost LOTS of money, and I still haven't received any of the products or any help from the customer support. I placed this order in the beginning of February and I knew with overseas shipping it could take awhile so I was pretty patient. I didn't really get worried until I started seeing other fans getting their products but I didn't even have tracking on mine, all I had was the confirmation email. I contacted their overseas shipping company only to find out they don't even have a history of my order. And despite sending multiple emails to their official customer support and even contacting Deal Design, I've heard nothing from them. I finally filed for the charge to be disputed yesterday, which of course, was denied since it's been months. I just keep hoping the order will arrive and it's all a misunderstanding but I'm getting pretty bummed out now since I won't have a chance to order directly from his site ever again. :/

This may be a stupid question but I'm always getting requests for 12-12:30 which I already have booked with a regular client. So I'm constantly having to repeat the same conversation with new clients. Is there any way to mark that time as already booked for when new clients try to book it?
