6 months of strict diet helped me loose 10kgs approx I was 83 kgs on 31st dec and now Im 73 kgs!
Whenever my mom or dad says no more shoes somehow I end up buying one more!
But whenever I get new one they are happy and smiling because Im happy
(All the shoes you see are bought my by own hard earned money)
Trying to learn how to pose! Someone told me doing it post workout will help your muscle growth!
6 months or eat clean diet and little intense workout has given me the best shape and structure of my life current body fat is 17% approx. I will push myself harder to come near 12%.
I was eating, drinking, smoking and lifting so I built Salman Khan body!
My diet was eat clean during weekdays but it used convert into full cheat weekend and one fine somebody from gym challenged me in a way that I cannot get lean!
So I started my strict diet with progressive lifting, taking protein double of my body weight (gm)
My 1st ever AF1 always wanted to get these baddies in my collection!
I’ve been working consistently for the last 3 years and following a strict workout schedule and disciplined diet for the past 5 months. Back in January, I weighed around 82 kgs, and now I’m down to 73.5 kgs. The transformation has been challenging but rewarding, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made through consistency and hard work.
I have started developing a decent ab structure, but I’m not completely focused on chasing abs. My main goal is to achieve an overall sharp, aesthetic, and healthy physique while improving strength and conditioning.
Current diet:
500 gms boneless chicken
300 gms rice
Good amount of salad
1 scoop protein
1 scoop creatine
Height: 173 cm
Current weight: 73.5 kgs
Goal weight: 70 kgs
Body fat percentage: Not aware yet
The only thing I still need to improve is my sleep cycle, which is currently messed up and affecting recovery.
I will not give any study tips or tricks because I was not prepared enough but I have 5 years of experience in Project Coordination and Management!
