7 months of clean diet and regular workout helped me to achieve best shape of my life!

Workout out is PPL and 6 days a week.

Diet:
600 gm boneless chicken
500 gm steamed rice
Veggies
1 scoop whey
1 scoop createin

Trying to get those abz!!!!

From 83kgs to 73 kgs the journey was not easy but it was fun!

Im 29 years old and Im following strict diet of consuming 150gm of protein and right now Im 74 kgs.

Should I maintain this physique or sharpen it little more.

Im M 29 at 73kgs and height is 5’8, I was 83kgs on Jan 2nd 2026.

You can definitely say Im fond of space, universe, stars and everything related to it!!

So recently I started posting my body transformation photos on fitness sub and because of this I have pulled lots of unnecessary attention.

80/100 are men! I don’t want to sound racist or demean or hurt anyone’s feelings. But guys sliding into my Dm asking me to share my pics and they will pay good amount (I am attaching few ss for the reference).

I have interacted with few guys unknowingly some of them were very kind, polite and understanding but majority of them were like “we will pay, what is yours price”

I was 83 kgs back in Jan and one comment from one my gym buddy pissed me off! So I promised to myself, started my diet with clean eating and monitoring calories.

600 gm chicken

1 scoop creatine
Veggies and Water

Now Im at 73 kgs and best shape of my life!
