Just did my first 21k trail run yesterday and it was fun. Really wanna do a 100k trail run with 3400m of elevation gain with 24 hour cutoff by the end of this year, Is it doable?

I have never done a marathon before, planning to do one in September and run 50k before that as a challenge on my birthday this august. My fastest HM time is 2:02:00, it was flat route, 200 m elevation overall. please me know your thoughts if I should attempt it or first do a 50k race?
