skechers kids sizing?

i was looking at skechers kids shoes, and they do both kids and infant shoes. if you size by cm, the highest they go in kids is 22cm, but if you go to infants, after all the smaller expected sizes they have a few that are 23 and above. what does this mean? surely they aren't categorising the bigger sizes with the infant shoes

this is the collar of my school shirt, which i wear five days a week basically every week. multiple washes have not removed this, and i didn't spill anything there. it isn't makeup, i don't wear any on my neck. i don't think it's perfume or moisturiser or anything as i've been using the same ones for ages and ive never had this before. the only time ive had a similar stain was when i had brightly coloured hair, but that was on the back not the front, my hair hasn't been dyed in months and months, and that washed off.

pretty frequently i'll get what i can only describe as auditory hallucinations. it happens while im in bed, on the brink of sleep. for example, it happened last night- i heard what sounded like someone unpacking the dishwasher in the kitchen which is down the hall from my bedroom. it was very quiet, much quieter than it would have been if someone was actually doing that. it happens pretty often and it's normally random noises in the house, what is it??? does anyone else experience this?? i'm not really concerned about it, i don't think it's actual hallucinations but i'm genuinely just confused

can they be "distracted" momentarily and not happen as much? like if you were to be thinking really hard about something, maybe trying to remember something, would that make them calm down for a moment because you're so focused on something else? this is probably not how it works but i was just wondering
