[Landlord us-ca] to supply appliances or to not supply appliances that is the question

Do you supply kitchen appliances? Im setting up my dad's house to rent out and was wondering if its should supply appliances or not? I know if I supply them i have to maintain them but im assuming i wouldn't be able to charge as much for rent. Just weighing my pros and cons i suppose. 4 bed 2 bath house In orange county ca.

I got new granite countertops installed a couple years ago. They are great and I love em. Here's the problem I did things a little out of order and want to replace all my cabinets. How would I go about removing the granite without cracking it? I have a couple ideas like putting 2x4's under it as i remove the old cabinets, but I am far from an expert here. Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

I want to cast a bronze plaque. I 3d printed a plaque out of pla and want to basically cast a bronze copy of it. My plan is to mix up casting plaster and press it into the plaster and then melt it out, remove it, then pour bronze into it. Since I dont care about the back side of it. I dont have a vacuum chamber or anything. Tell me how im going about this wrong.
