A wee appreciation from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Just wanted to say how much I’ve enjoyed watching Wales football team! The team have been excellent, but your fans have honestly been one of my favourite parts of it. I knew the Welsh could sing 😂 but the atmosphere is fucking brilliant. The band, the amount of different songs you lot somehow have, and everybody actually joining in. It’s an absolute joy to watch. Good luck!
Been absolutely loving it from up here in Scotland ❤️

Some Geometrizing from last night with progress photos

I’d love to know what people see and feel when they see the progress photos compared to finished pieces?

What’s the difference between juxtaposition and parallel universe?

It popped into my head in conversation with my partner about the picture of Messi bathing Jamal. He asked if I had seen the photo? I replied no and not sure if I wanted to. Saw it. Then thought this.

I’ve never took progress photos before because stopping to take them always got in the way of how I work. Once I start drawing I usually just keep going until it’s finished.

But now I have found time to pause. Thoughts? Advice?

Recently I’ve found I can actually pause for a few seconds, take a photo, and go back into it without losing where I was going. Thought it might be interesting to show how these develop because I don’t plan the finished design beforehand.

Rutherglen

This is why we can’t have nice things! EDIT: Context, new directional signs put up and vandalised in less than a week

Has this happened to any other players? Panini gave Cole Palmer both a Hero and a Limited Edition 2026 World Cup card, then he didn’t make England’s final World Cup squad. I’d love to know if there are any other famous examples.

Don’t know why I find it so amusing.

90s Ice cream vans. What’s the name of that type of ice cream?

Some chippies sell the same type. It’s white like McDonald’s but so much better. I hate magnolia vanilla ice cream. I want o recreate a ‘Bobby special’ it was called and I have everything but not the right ice cream.
