2013 Toyota Sienna AC issues

I own a 2013 Toyota sienna. I have owned it since it had 30,000 miles. The AC has always worked very well got pretty cold no matter if I was driving down the road, sitting at a stoplight, sitting in a parking lot etc.

Last summer the AC started having an issue. if I was in stop and go traffic, stopped at a stoplight or sitting in a parking lot it would get pretty warm. Basically if not very much air was flowing through the condenser it would get warm. Both fans are working, compressor cycles on and off, etc

Also noticed that in the evening when its cooler and the sun is down it gets so ice cold i have to turn the temp up. That never was the issue before as the lowest setting was always comfortable/not too cold

Any idea why this is happening?
