Why are Federal primer boxes so unnecessarily large?

I’m a die hard Servicios fan but my Tanfoglio struggles to pop them. Bought a box of Federals and was blown away at the volume of wasted space. What’s the deal? I could understand if there was some sort of “these are so soft that we need padding” thing going on but the trays are just big with no sense of design going on. I’m baffled but hoping my gun likes them.

Help me find the perfect fit, using Uniqlo slim straight as a reference point

I just picked up a few pairs (33 and 34) of Uniqlo slim straight selvedge. I love how the legs fit but the waist is huge, and ones that fit my waist would be way too tight in the legs. Does anyone have a recommendation for pants that’ll fit similar to Uniqlo with a smaller waist? I realize this question is kind of dumb but I don’t want to order something just to find they fit like MC Hammer pants

New toy

Found one of these rare boys for sale locally and had to go for it. Will be putting some rounds through it this weekend and I can’t wait.

Any 45 GAP fans here?

Didn’t think so.

Jk, I actually kinda dig it though I do agree it doesn’t need to exist. This Speer factory ammo is pretty snappy but I’ve been hand loading 200 grain bullets at ~750 FPS and they’re really enjoyable to shoot.

Braun light on the 92XI 🔥

Haven’t seen any of these camo ones in CA yet, this is the DCU camo sitting on a French CCE jacket. Scooped it up last week, 100 rounds through it so far and I’m loving it. It’s my first 92 with the Vertec grip and I think I prefer it over the normal grip. Length of pull is shorter than I like so probably going to get a 2patriots trigger at some point but overall it’s a sweet gun.

Anaconda cylinder release stuck after cleaning

A friend cleaned their new production Anaconda and Kodiak recently and says the cylinder release is now extremely difficult to operate. Any ideas on what might be the culprit?

New leaf finally unfurled 😍

First new leaf since it was rescued from Home Depot, and first leaf with inner fenestrations. Do y’all think there’s enough green for this one to stick around for a while?
