I know this sounds weird as hell, but for years I've had these 2 pairs of fluffy, distinctive patterned socks. 4 socks. 2 different patterns. I know I only had 4 in total because they came as a set. The first pair is fine and still 'normal'. But randomly, there's a third freaking sock of that other pattern. So 5 socks in total. 3 with the same pattern.
Has anything like this happened to anyone else?
Hello, new to this sub. In my early 20s, a top orthodontist I went to see for a braces consultation suggested I might have tmj disorder due to clicking in my jaw and other issues. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to proceed with the braces at the time.
My jaw pain issues only really started like a year later. At first, I thought it was due to my wisdom teeth (partially impacted) and had them removed. Now, years later, and especially in the last year, my problems have gotten so much worse. I have crippling jaw/neck/head pain every single day. The only thing that works is a mixture of xanax (street stuff so idk exactly what's in it tbh) and ibuprofen. But the relief is only temporary.
How do people actually live like this? Would braces help? I'm scared I might make things worse again
The idea is also kinda gross, idk why. Can I use this thing on my arm or palm instead? Or does this specifically need to be your finger? If possible, I'd prefer to actually use something else to make a small cut (safely) but i'm not sure if that won't ruin the sample? Any advice greatly appreciated!
Hi guys. I still have an iPhone 12 pro because it refuses to die, but I really want something with a better front camera. Will there be a noticeable difference with one of the newer models? I've seen a few concerning comparison photos where the 12 pro actually seems to have a better quality front camera than 17 but surely that can't be right... Can anyone verify if there's actually a difference to the naked eye?
It won't be huge sums, maybe £100 - 200 per month - is there any point/potential in this, and if so, which option from the above ones should I choose? It's money I can afford to lose if things go badly (I previously tried day trading and things didn't work out so pls don't suggest anything like that, I'm not smart enough with numbers. Also, is now a good time market-wise or nah?

What puzzles me is how come all they need is a tiny sample, but when you go to a clinic for the same test they take several vials of your blood. I need a pretty comprehensive one but apparently all they need is a finger prick only. Also, would it be okay to just make a small cut elsewhere and use that blood instead?I feel like it's going to be hard for me to get enough blood from my finger tip.

Here's what I'm struggling with - I think I want to be in a relationship, but whenever someone tries to make a move, I can't deal with it.. I just end up ghosting/never talking to them again. Despite being in mid 20s, I haven't even let anyone kiss me because it grosses me out. It's just, human bodies are kinda disgusting when you really think about it. Idk what's wrong with me because I do find some people attractive, and I like the idea/concept of intimacy, e.g. I'm fine with it in movies/books. So how to get over it irl? Just to add, I also just never feel 'clean' enough, despite good hygiene, like my body is inherently dirty and maybe that's part of it too. I have a lot of anxiety in general and need xanax to even go out.

It was a repeat prescription for a minor heart condition. Would I likely need to restart the whole process and get all the tests again or can I just reach out to my GP and request it?
