Setting all this gear back up could be fun or a nightmare. Bought a Samson 48 point patchbay a year ago maybe I’ll finally see it up

So I have a Wirehead Freaq FM and I’m having trouble with Arduino IDE for Mac, it’s easier if I post the link on instructions of what I’m supposed to do (scroll down to Avrdude OSX). I’ve tried it so many times and can’t figure it out. Here’s the link and a few pictures where I’m running into problems. Hope I can get some help. Thanks!

I did everything Wirehead Freaq FM suggested to update firmware, I’m not adept to Arduino at all. I tried everything at least I can think of here’s a picture of the Arduino IDE and not sure what to do any incite would be much obliged. Here’s a picture of where I’m supposed to input the information they gave me.Thank you!
