New prestige menu look for "You must evolve it! Incremental"

We are implementing the last few features in our incremental game, "You must evolve it! Incremental", before opening playtesting. In the meantime, we decided to improve the look of a few menus that were a bit less polished from an artistic point of view.

We'd love to hear your thoughts.

If you'd like to compare it with the previous version you can still find it on our Steam page.

You must evolve it! Incremental - Demo Gameplay trailer

"You Must Evolve It! Incremental" is an upcoming incremental game where you collect resources, build structures, and buy upgrades. Help a robot evolve a mysterious creature and uncover the truth about the past.

We are a two-person indie team, and this is the first gameplay trailer for the demo of the game.

We reworked our game logo after feedback. Any thoughts are appreciated.

We've received some good feedback on the illustration, but mixed feedback on the logo (first picture), so we tried different versions.

The second one is the best for us because the title is centered in plain text, making it clear and readable, while in the subtitle "incremental" there are visual elements (a chip and a dna helix) that convey some information about the game.

Please share your opinion with us.

We reworked our capsule art. Any feedback is appreciated.

We reworked our game's capsule art after receiving some negative feedback, and decided to go for a more illustrated style while also trying to better communicate the incremental genre at first glance. Do you think it fits the incremental genre?

Here's the Steam page link if you'd like to check how it looks in the store format:

Any feedback is appreciated and thanks for taking the time to check it out!

Capsules that convey incremental genre

I'm currently refactoring the capsule art for our steam page because we received feedbacks saying that it doesn't convey that the game is an incremental. I spent some time looking at other capsule art, especially from the most popular titles, but aside from those that literally include words "idle" or "incremental" in the title, I don't really see capsules that communicate the genre more than others.

Do you have any suggestions or examples of capsule art that solve this issue?

How many people here play incremental games?

Hi guys, I'd like to know how many of you play incremental games (Idle and Clicker, "Cookie Clicker" for example) and what the best title you've played so far is and why was that special to you . I know that "incremental games" can be a bit broad defined genre but feel free to include whatever, based on your taste.

We are currently developing an incremental game and we'd like to better understand how players evaluate those titles, so we can refine and polish more our demo before to release it.
