When you bid and bat places their 5% hold, is that hold for every bid or just the initial one? Say if I bid 6k, 7k,8k,9k for the same car, will I be getting $300, 350, 400, 450 holds?

I'm going to be looking at a wrx wagon in the next couple days, what are key points to look for that are unique to this car? How would I go about looking for rust on the rear strut towers without taking half the interior apart, is it decently visible from the outside without removing the wheel?
