Finally back in the 160s again!

For reference, I’m 21F 5’5 SW 196/178 CW 168 GW ~140s

I’m 5 months postpartum and when I got pregnant I was still trying to lose weight and at the time weighed 155. I had to stop as soon as I knew I was pregnant, I cut down on caffeine and it wasn’t long before the cravings and fatigue hit so I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy.

For a while I’d go on short walks just to get out of the house but now that I’ve had some time to recover and adjust to being a mom I started to take my weight loss more seriously and I just got down back into the 160s and I’m feeling very proud of myself for it

Did tide change their dosing cap or is it just with odor refresh?

So I used to get the regular tide free and gentle liquid detergent until now they didn’t have it in stock. I picked up odor refresh because it’s also from tide and it’s free and clear. Not to mention Jeeves ny highly recommended it. And I noticed the dosing cap only had 3 different amounts as opposed to the 5 that tide always had. Did anyone else buy tide recently? Was the dosing cap any different?

Tips for sore nipples?

I have a 3 month old and I’m working to nurse her again after pumping and combo feeding. My nipples are dead. I’ve been using lanolin cream but would like to know what else you guys do as I feel I don’t have quite enough time for the lanolin cream to do its thing before I have to feed again

Is it just me or does anyone else like genuinely love vaccines?

No I don’t like actually getting the shot but I do like the effect of it. It prevents serious diseases and has completely eradicated smallpox to the point where nobody has contracted it naturally in decades. All these diseases that used to be considered ordinary childhood illnesses such as the measles and chickenpox are now preventable thanks to vaccines. Everyone should stay up to date on their vaccines
