How long should the appeal take? Actually anxious. I immediately appealed because I truly received a pasted logo shirt instead of embroidered. Submitted my info and added 10 pictures - Max. Now I’m waiting for a decision. Seller has wiped his hands because he will not accept returns and seems to be in the clear since it passed authentication. But they failed to check listing vs actual shirt. The shirt is legit, but they have 2 versions of it. How long will this decision take? Seems Black and White honestly… Also, curious if I win, who eats the return. EBay or Seller? Thanks in advance!

Versace has 2 version of the shirt. Obviously I only want it if it was embroidered. Am I stuck or can I return it due to false advertising of the shirt?

VC needs to do a better job with those sellers and them been idle as I have put in offers on like 3 items and absolutely no response. I can only gauge by how long item has been in their system and the latest item posted on their site.

Have 4 items either coming or going throughout the US, and none has tracked in the last 24 hours. Would feel that may be a system issue? Weird. UPDATE: One arrived yesterday, 2 more out for delivery today….But tracking still has been slow. GL all with your packages

Everything has been delayed or not updated/scanned. Slow as Molasses.

For example, getting a package from New Zealand. Faster from New Zealand to states than now getting the package. Others local that would take 2-3 days now over a week and a half. Crazy!

So today, they release Suite essentials for peanuts yet my so called Pavilion Plus Upgrade now looks like a downgrade based on those prices. Geez FIFA!
