I've tried launching Fortnite for the 1st time, but it keeps crashing - Help!
Here's the issue:
I've tried launching Fortnite on the XBOX app (and from the Start Menu) after downloading for the first time, and this is the weird part: the Microsoft Store Package Dependency Installer keeps asking for some permission to changes to my device. It doesn't matter if I say yes or no. If I do, it'll just say:
"This action is only valid for products that are currently installed"
Then Fortnite will ask for permissions, and if I say yes or no, it'll just show the image.
Sometimes, Fortnite WON'T ask for permission, and instead will say something about XBOX Live.
WHAT I HAVE TRIED:
- Restarted (twice)
- Updated
- Checked settings (still confused on what I'm supposed to do)
- Replicated the error a million times.
I have a laptop with 6 GB of storage left (Fortnite took up most of it). It auto-upgraded to Windows 11 (used to be Windows 10), and was bought some time around 2022.
PLEASE DO NOT FLAME ME FOR MY STUFF.
