Im interested in hearing about your experiences with requesting transfers
How long did you work at your first Allied post before you requested a transfer? (I know there is a 6 month minimum)
Did anyone here transfer out of state or to a different country?
Anyone miss their previous post after successfully transferring?
If you have worked at multiple posts for AU, feel free to comment a little bit about your experience as I am curious!
Imagine at *the end* you’re shown a pie chart of your life
Imagine how much time and energy we waste worrying and wondering what other people might be thinking about us. How they might be judging us, perceiving us, sizing us up based upon their own limiting assumptions and worldview. Its a lot easier and more enjoyable to just relax and be as you are. Once all is said and done, imagine getting a pie chart at the end, a graph, the full breakdown of how you spent your time, and you learn that 5% 10% 30% of your thoughts, behaviors, stemmed from a fear of what “others” might be thinking about their idea of you. It’s tragically comical when you look at it from that perspective.
[SELLING] couch
200, willing to negotiate. It’s too big for the space I moved into. I hardly used it at my old place too. I will miss her but it’s time for us to part ways.
Roaches are a No-No and I'm paying 50% more than what I was paying at my previous apartment. Know your rights and exercise them.
If you haven't done your shadow work, go ahead and do that
A lot of people are unwell, unhappy, uneasy, because they do everything EXCEPT their shadow work. There is a collective undercurrent to things and I personally feel like what we're all feeling is a lot of folks who feel disrupted and are disrupting their communities bc they haven't done their shadow work......
10p-6a full time. Working this job for almost 4 months. It’s 7:30a now. I might have to do a double AND come back tonight….
I really hope they’re not playing mind games with me and trying to get me to quit. Not in this job market! This job in itself is one big mind game. It already feels like solitary confinement. I cannot leave unless I am relieved and it’s not looking like relief is coming for me annnnnnyyyyy time soon……
And I WILL be coming back tonight 😂 Holiday pay is double time.
