Finally got some new walking shoes…it was time 🤣

I put some miles on my old ones…they lasted me about 10 months of daily walking.

I see Brooks recommended a lot in the sub and I’ve had no issues or complaints.

Sardine melts are so freaking good 😭😭

What’s your favorite way to eat sardines other than just straight out the can?

I cooked my veggies first, then I put the sardines in the pan, seasoned everything and then assembled the quesadilla I guess? Can I call it that lol?

Glad I gave this a chance…what’s your favorite Skinnygirl product?

Did half a serving of my usual honey mustard dressing on my salad and then did a serving of this. I actually really enjoyed it. Wish it was thicker but for the calories I can’t complain 🤷‍♀️

Serving 2 tablespoons for 10 calories

Was it a perfect month? Nope! But I know more Spanish than I did 6 months ago and I’m starting the month of July off strong 💪

A win is a win…in Pablo I trust 😌🙏🤷‍♂️

Tried a lean cuisine today. What’s your favorite low calorie frozen dinner?

It wasn’t bad, but I expected more flavor for the amount of sodium. The chicken was good. The noodles were just OK. But it was nice to have a warm quick meal with zero to no effort. 350 calories

Zone 4 is hard lol

I didn’t have time for my normal longer Z2 sesh today so I decided to try something different and it kicked my butt lol but I’m happy I pushed through and I’ll get better.

Unpopular opinion, I love counting my calories. Like what do you mean I get to have a French toast breakfast and lose weight?!

This is peak😭 ~~~> 407 calories for the plate with 28g protein

Someone told me I’m “doing it wrong” but won’t elaborate lol

Just to clarify when you cook a whole meal especially one that’s being ate by multiple people….you weigh all the raw ingredients, create a recipe, cook it and then weigh the dish cooked (not including the weigh of the pan/Tupperware)

then (cooked portion ate ÷ total cooked weight of the meal (not including weight of the pan) =my serving/portion

Then that number goes in the serving of the whole recipe/ cooked portion for the calorie count of just what I ate in that moment

(Attached example. Eating 50g of a 350g weight tofu scramble means my portion was .14 servings of the whole dish)

I just drank this and I feel like it made my stomach hurt.

Is there any alternative other than diet soda and ofc 0 cal sparkling water?

Little bites definitely add up

Ate 3 spoonfuls of my dinner to taste it after I cooked it and it’s almost 100 calories 😭 an extra 100 cals everyday over maintenance is ~ 15 pounds over the course of a year. It’s always nice to have a reminder to be mindful. Next time I’ll have one bite lol

u/AValeria10 — 18 days ago

Which one would you buy?

I’m leaning towards the great value because it’s the cheapest and probably the easiest to find.

All servings 10cals except good good which is 5.

First time trying a jammy egg…I mangled it 😭

341 calories for the plate with 28g of protein & 12g of fat & 31g fiber

It was so hard to peel 💔 I also tried the laughing cow cheese plus bagel combo, which wasn’t bad, but nothing beats strawberry cream cheese for me.

Avocado Toast 🥑 Green Eggs & Not Ham

460 Calories —-> 34.9g Protein. 18.4g Fat & 22.2g Fiber

I see why influencers hype avocado toast like it is truly that good 😭🤤

Do the 5 calorie sparkling waters no sugar added break a fast?

I know they have artificial sweeteners. Same calorie range as gum so I was just curious? I know some people think gum breaks a fast and some don’t.
