Vale, he estado mirando números de extranjeros (no EU) que compran casas en España y es que en serio me parece absurdo. Cuanto creéis que costaría paras una ley para que personas que ni fueran de la EU no pudieran comprar casas ni tierra en España, si quieren vivir aquí pueden alquilar (si eso). Pararía la compra de entre 25.000 a 30.000 viviendas al año y las dejaría libres para españoles. Que es más que suficiente especialmente cuando solo se construyen de 100.00 a 110.000 casas reales al año. No se puede hacer nada por las más de medio million de viviendas que ya se han vendido peor bueno.

Algo realista para que no sea anticonstitucional seria algo como una ley que estableciera que para adquirir un inmueble residencial en España el comprador debe acreditar una residencia previa y continuada en la región de al menos 3 o 5 años

The problem with this phrase and its variations isn't that they are false, but that they are so overused they no longer mean anything. Anyone who says it automatically assumes they are smart and excludes everyone else. However, considering that intelligence follows a bell curve and most people fall into the average, it is statistically highly likely that many who use this expression actually belong to the very group they are trying to point out and hence my hate for the phrase.

Even though I really like George Carlin, the comedian, who first said this phrase in particular.

So Genie is Son of Chaos 'in a way' however what is bothering me is this, what characteristics of the pathways do y'all think he has because he was sealed in like the first epoch however there has been a Justiciar and Black Emperor since meaning he doesn't have control of any of the three sequence 1 characteristics he obviously doesn't have control of the Chaos Mist pathway, does that mean that at most he has Sequence 2 characteristics of his respective pathways?

Just wondering but do your regions have pokemons from other regions? Or do you keep them fully separate for example Gliscor being in Unova or Torterra being in Alola?

So i’ve been plotting a pokemon fic for a while and funnily enough the hardest thing has been making a pokemon team. I’ve decided that the team will have several changes except for the anchor obviously however I was wondering if this team was too op.

1. Gliscor (Anchor)

Ability: Posion Heal

Moves: Fire fang, Ice Fang, High Horsepower, Crunch. She’ll also be able to use all her fang moves through her tail and claws.

2. Toxtricity

Ability: Punk Rock

Moves: Sludge Wave, Overdrive, Boomburst, Toxic Spikes (or Metal Sound not sure yet)

3. Aegislash

Ability: Stance Change

Moves: King’s Shield, Sacred Sword, Shadow Claw, Iron Head

4. Gardevoir

Ability: Trace

Moves: Psychic, Moonblast, Energy Ball, Teleport (yes I’m gonna use this move to actually teleport around the battlefield and not just switch lol)

5. Walrein

Ability: Thick Fat

Moves: Ice Beam, Aqua Tail, Blizzard, Rest

6. Hydreigon or Haxorus (I’d appreciate input on this since it’s the one I have the hardest time with)

Hydreigon Ability: Levitate

Hydreigon Moves: Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Outrage, Stone Edge

Haxorus Ability: Rivalry

Haxorus Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Close Combat, Earthquake (or Dig)

Seriously I seethe every time I hear someone say they enjoy hearing classical music.

It's not even like calling it pop because pop is a genre that has multiple subgroups within it, 'classical music' doesn't have subgroups, it's a period in music history, and I especially hate it when people say they listen to classical music and then go on to name composers that weren't part of this period like Bach who was from the baroque period, Paganini who was from the romantic period, etc.

It feels like calling all literature before the 1980s, classical literature or all art classical art, that's not how it damn works.

I could go on this rant for hours but I won't since I feel like I've made my point.

Why is so much of the top 10 fanfic on Webnovel so damn dog shit, seriously it’s some of the most egregious writing I have ever had the displeasure of reading and so many Paterson plug ins, we get it you wanna get a quick buck but get better at writing for the love of god

So I’m writing a fic that is basically a mashup of short horror stories with different protagonists in Star Wars, already have three written down, but I kinda wanna keep it going, anyone know of good SW novels with monsters, etc so I have a better grasp over the verse

So I remember this fanfic on fffnet where the mc was basically a Jekyll and Hyde type character with the first arc it being about the mc stuck on a ship and people dying which scares him until the reveal when a Jedi knight lands on the ship once it is stranded in space, it was mainly horror but I cannot for the life of me remember the name

As the title says need to read more horror and sci-fi. I’ve read a lot of what is popular like Dune, Sun Eater, Red Rising, etc for sci-fi and most f Edgar Allen Poe’s collection all of H.P. Lovecraft’s collection, Dracula, etc. So again any recommendations would be very much appreciated. Thank you
