Mildly blurry vision - when does it become a concern?

I'm an hour post getting hit by someone throwing a softball. No other cognitive issues, but my vision is still a bit blurry.

when does it become an issue?

I don't understand...why do I have all this gastritis all of a sudden?

I've had reflux for a long time. It seemed to have been largely fixed recently by overchewing my food, but when I switched my protein powder (from a combo of Wegmans vegan protein powder and Garden of Life organic PP) to the Orgain Organic Protein Powder about 7-10 days ago, my reflux kicked back up.

Now in that time, my stool and BMs were normalized.

Could this severe change all be caused by the protein powder suddenly? I'm not on any NSAIDs. My colonoscopy results are actually great (which I was worried about), but now my upper GI is messed up...

Here are my results:

Findings:

Z-line irregular, at the gastroesophageal junction. Biopsied.

Erosive gastropathy with stigmata of recent bleeding. Biopsied.

Erosive gastritis, characterized by erosions and erythema. Biopsied.

Duodenitis, characterized by erythema Biopsied.

Any thoughts? I'm freaking out here.

Are Influenster reviews all just people paid for their positive opinions?

I was taking a look at the Native scalp detox reviews on Walgreens' site, and all the ones taken from Influenster.com are the fakest looking reviews with what look stock images using the product. Are these all just paid reviews? It makes me not trust anything.

4 tablets of Dulcolax, 100 mg each...but prep sites suggest 4 tablets of 5 mg each??

My prep says 4 Dulcolax tablets, and doesn't specify mg amt. Looking online, a bunch of the prep sheets say to take four 5 mg tablets, total of 20 mg...not 400 mg...not sure what to do here.

I'm I'm Greymoor, have beat the weird bird gauntlet in that dungeon thing on the far right side, gotten to Moorwing but can't beat him. Idk where else to go. Revisited Bone Bottom, Marrow, Deep Docks and Far Fields and did what I could there.

Do I HAVE to fight Moorwing rn? Where else can I go?

So i need clarification on this...

A) from what I've read, Hollow Knight was holding the infection at bay...and as we progress and kill the three whatevers, that breaks the seal somehow and infection leaks in?

B) Why do we get locked in? To repel the infection again? If so why did we even break all that stuff to begin with lol. Seems like he was doing all right til we fked everything up.
