Finally new coaches for metro!!

HMRL to place order for 60 coaches from BEML within this week and delivery is expected in 15 months.😭😭

Govt. takeover has been a boon for HMRL🙂

PS- these 60 coaches will be divided into 3 coached-trains to increase frequency and will not add onto existing coaches to make them 6-coached

Also,phase 2 files are still sitting on the desk of union minister,who is perhaps ignoring them now that the l&t issue is sorted and there is no silly reason to deny metro to hyd

Also ,HMRL has recently opened tenders for -{Appointment of General Consultant for Hyderabad Metro Phase-II implementation of Cor VI from MGBS to Chandryangutta (7.5 km; 6 stns), Hyderabad, Telangana on EPC (DB) Design and Build basis.}

With more than 90% land acquisition done ,mgbs-chandrayangutta will likely be the first one to start construction

Neopolis, Airport,Bharat future city are the proposed stations

No connectivity to the interior of hyd

The sad part is neither nalgonda nor khammam are connected in the hyd-chn hsr

Also no mahbubnagar connection for hyd-blr hsr,it passes through some random ahh town

In AP they chose the longest path ,so that they can connect each and every major town

Ps-the blue line is the hsr
