Looks like early/existing investors of Neopolis who were promised office spaces-hotels-transit got scammed with govt going with an auction for residential spaces again
Previously a year ago govt also auctioned land in neopolis that was kept aside for a metro station and a world class convention centre
This will turn the entire Neopolis location into an residential slum
This is one of a kind location for us to build a world class transit hub!!
