Got an interview call for a Technical Program Manager role on the Google Play Developer team (Bengaluru). Looking for real-world guidance from anyone who's been through the Google TPM interview process recently — especially India-based roles.

Specific things I'd appreciate input on:

  1. Loop structure after HR — how many rounds, and what's the rough split between behavioral, system design, technical, and hiring committee?              

  2. Google Play specifics — what should I understand about the Play developer-side / monetization platform / Android ecosystem before the technical rounds? Any docs or talks worth reading/watching?                                                                                                                

  3. System design for TPM at Google — closer to PM-style (user flow, edge cases) or SWE-style (architecture, scale)? Go-to prep resources?
