Trying to get into more metal, been more of a rap fan for most of my life, I love Iowa and slipknot and like 99% of limp bizkits songs, I like some korn but I haven’t given them a crazy big chance, what other bands will I like? I feel like I’m sort of particular on metal as a whole but I want to try and expand my horizon

Hi all, I’m looking to build my first board and get into skating, I’ve got like no experience at all building a board but I would like a custom one so I’ve decided to just go for it, just wanted your guys opinions, should I go with route ones under carriage kit? Saw someone saying their trucks are shit but like I say I’ve got no idea, I was planning on just getting everything from route one (where I’m at that’s literally the only place apart from one other independent store which is more based in clothes anyways) any help is appreciated

Title explains it, bought a camera off of eBay and the sender sent it and it was accepted at the parcel shop but has not moved at all since, which was 22 days ago. I’m not sure how to contact Royal Mail as when I look at it it seems like the sender needs to file a claim? Not too butt hurt over it since it’s like 30 quid but still annoying regardless. Any help is appreciated

Hi all, I’ve got a meeting to discuss my probation soon and I just wanted to know what you guys think, recently I’ve called in sick on two occasions (one for the Saturday + Sunday after the last one just gone and one for the Sunday just gone, I had a shift on the Friday just gone which I worked) and I’ve had an email saying about the meeting and a part of it says to ‘discuss my recent absences’ now part of me thinks this means I’m sacked, but I’ve got shifts given to me for after this meeting, one literal hours after it and one 6 days later. What do you guys think?

hi all, i have a shift booked for the 27th of this month and to be honest i want to try and get a shift for an earlier time (i tried to drop it but no one ahs accepted it) but im worried that if i try and swap the shift itll give me a later time? id want to finish around 10pmish and currently the shift is on schedule to finish at 2am. what should i do? am i able to pick up shifts at a certain time or?

Hi all, I’ve been working at McDonald’s for almost 2 months now (my first ever shift was on the 28th of April but my first non training shift was at the beginning of may) and I applied for the nights role which I was happy to do but now I’m not so happy to do haha, I don’t mind them as much but I was booked in for 16 hours a week and I have had repeated occasions where I’m booked in for entire weekends (I have shifts booked 2 weeks from now where I will be working 27 hours) and I don’t usually get home until about 2 hours after my shift ends, so I just wanted to see if it’s possible to change from nights to days? Not even necessarily early days I’m happy to finish at 10,11, 12, but 2 am and 6 am are becoming quite hard for me, also I wanted to see if it was a possibility of switching to more week days instead of weekends, as right now my entire month full of weekends is just booked up with 5-2 AM shifts so I wanted to see if there was some options for a bit more free weekends and work weekdays instead? I know this is all heavily dependent on managers and whatnot but I wanted to see if you guys had any similar experiences and if you were able to switch easily, thanks

Hi all, recently tried to send a large sum of money and the fraud squad got involved to make sure it was me. The Lloyds app told me to call this number ‘0800 068 4951’ to confirm my identity and the ai voice asked me for my DOB and CVV, after that I was put through to the frauds squad who asked the usual questions (what the payment is for and such) but then the operator asked me for my DOB, address, full name and phone model? I thought that was quite errors so I asked them why they needed that and they explained it’s because a high volume of scams going around at the moment and all that jazz, but am I weird for thinking that’s an odd question to ask? The call which I initiated was from the Lloyd’s banking app itself, and I’ve previously spoken to another member of the fraud squad within a Lloyd’s establishment who have said the CVV asking is normal. Is this whole thing a scam? I’ve frozen my card just incase.

Hi all, just wanted to see what you guys think of this, I was sending a large payment to my Revolut account and Lloyd’s obviously said it’s quite a large payment so you need to confirm it’s you, and the app supplied me with the button to press to call Lloyds team, and once I did an ai was there and saying the usual thank you for calling stuff, then it asked for my cvc, I thought it was weird but since it was Lloyds I thought it can’t be bad so I supplied it, but then I had a gut feeling and hung up and immediately cancelled my card, I’m heading into Lloyds now to sort it out but I just wanted to see what you guys thought, cause apparently Lloyds never ask for this number, but if it’s from the Lloyds app what am I to think?

Hi all, I’ve been working at McDonald’s for around a month now (I have my first non training shift today) and I just wanted to ask if McDonald’s generally good s flexible with switching schedules around to focus on weekdays more instead of weekends? As of now I’m available for Friday afternoon through to all day Monday as I have college, however college finishes for the year within the next 2 months and I wanted to see if it would be possible if I could work more week days (Monday to Friday) instead of Friday to monday? I understand it varies from store to store due to their needs and wants but I just wanted to see what the general consensus may be, thanks

Hi all, I’ve been trying to change my name and remove the spaces from the words in my name but no matter how many times I’ve done it/edited my page nothing has happened? If I update any music pictures/song names it gets done quickly, and the initial name change was done within a few days, but days after requesting to remove the spaces it says the edit is complete but nothing is changed?

Edit: the name on distrokid is without spaces too, but the name on Spotify and such does have spaces, how can I fix this?
