Can someone please tell me - from experience - how does it work?
Before Brexit, I was open to selling abroad, mainly EU - but after Brexit and the need to be VAT registered in every EU country and EPR - I turned it off.
I spoke with a friend who is VAT registered in the UK and she said that she doesn't have to be registered in every EU country for VAT...
amazon CS is completely useless - so can someone please tell me how does it work? I'm not VAT registered, but as I'm a manufacturer of a unique product - I might bite the bullet...
And being VAT registered it also means that amazon might be buying my product for re-sell.
I spoke with them and said, that I don't mind selling them 20% cheaper - to avoid VAT registration - but it looks like it requires too much brain power for them to comprehend.
So, is it true, that if I would be VAT registered, I wouldn't have to worry about all the "extra" stuff associated with selling outside of the UK - and it will work similarly to how ebay and GSP works?
TIA
Edit: for clarification - I'm not interested in shipping directly - I would be using FBA and rather only amazon's UK warehouses.

Basically, I haven't been able to install the last 2 or 3 security updates - the installation keeps failing. This is happening on two relatively new machines running Avast, while on two older computers, I installed the updates without any issues, and they are running the default Windows Defender. Does anyone know what the problem might be or why the installation has been failing for the past 2 or 3 Security Updates? I read somewhere that Windows changed something regarding BitLocker, but I don't see why that would cause the installation to fail.
For years I was dismantling the above - mostly for fun - with a hope that I'll do something with the parts 😉
Plans has changed - and it all needs to go - but I don't want to throw it away. Wouldn't mind some beer money thought 😉
There are LCD screens & keyboards - but those are rather custom/proprietary, PCBs, PSUs, DC / BLDC / stepper motors, clutches, lasers, scanners, etc. - dismantled as whole modules so motors with gears & belts in their "cages".
Should be good for some DIY project, school to teach kids, learn desoldering, etc.
Plastic outer covers and metal structures are gone.
If it's not the best place - I would appreciate where I should (cross) post it.
Location - Manchester, UK - pickup only.
Everything is in the sturdy cardboard produce trays / containers, so easy to handle.
