So i made a vest to get back into knowing my sewing machine. I used a sheet that I found in the bottom of a pile in my storage room.

While most mockups are not completed to a whole, I decided to make a complete pattern and see how I did before screwing up my good material... less some buttons as I did not want to do 6 of them as I will be removing them lol.

Well im quite happy with what I have done, I also learned how to do button holes with my machine and sew on buttons with my machine .

I used S3102 this pattern also comes with sleep options. Seems good for a beginners, and labelled as such on the pattern.

Anyone have a specific stock that they are super stubborn with that most people would judge you for even looking at?

Mine is Oceanic Wind...and I bought this penny stock based on future contracts and relationships. This is all while I am completely new in the investing game like 1 year type of thing. Its a stock I will die on a hill for lol.

What is yours?

I started investing about a year ago, and made at that time what I felt were sound decisions with the EFT I purchased. My account has always yielded atleast 15% , so clearly I did something right. Now I need to understand things better.

HOWEVER, now that I have researched more and learned much more, I realize that I might be able to consolidate some of these EFT's.

Specifically BANK vs FIE.

BANK is Canadian Banks and Life Insurance, all in the Financial Sector (equity and some cash)

​

FIE is Canadian Banks, life insurance, and a small amount of real estate. (Equity, bonds, cash)

BANK has clearly performed better , and pays out a higher divided pay out (12.36% annual yield)

​

FIE holds all what BANK has plus more, so its a bit more diverse of a Canadian ETF. Doesn't perform as well and the dividends annual yield is 4.37%

Would you consolidate these two together? Or keep both?

Im thinking consolidating FIE into BANK.

Ideas? Thoughts?

Playing Crimson Desert currently as Fable was supposed to come out this fall, but hey with this line up it is going to be a good year.

I have my self Managed TFSA mostly ETF, and while it is not alot I have some that are doing quite well.

Are some of these higher % ones i should sell and reinvest at a dip? Or do I just keep investing in them for growth and gain from dividends?

I have this mole on my inner right elbow that I have had as long as I can remember.

It used to be dark brown, now it mostly lacks colour due to the annual issue.

Randomly throughout the year it decides to get painful, swollen, and bleed. Then it nearly disappears and grows back like a normal non irritated bump thats pink.

Tonight , I noticed its a bit angry, swollen, sore and bleeding. Trust me, its not a bug bite, I have stared at this thing for 30 years +

My doctor has never had anything to say about it, but why does it do it. I dont think its normal for a mole to explode randomly, regrow and redo the whole cycle.
