Naobito wins 6 out of 10 times. If Kuroroushi manages to mess up his projection then he dies, but I believe a fight between the 2 of them could go like this:

Kuroroushi uses his swarm of Cockroaches on Naobito who'd counter with Falling Blossom Emotion, eventually Naobito could stack up enough Speed to just start pummeling Kuroroushi who doesn't have great Durability. If Naobito had Dagon on the ground getting harassed (whose Nanami's Ratio did no damage and was also stated to have boundless HP) then yeah Kuroroushi Is getting his ass handed to him. If Kuroroushi manages to stun Naobito with his own Technique then one Life Festering Blade hit and he dies, but Naobito Is definetly smarter than him

Hakari literally has nothing over Ryu, even removing Ryu's Domain he'd still run over Hakari any day of the week
