Is the quest 3 worth the price?

I had a quest 2 many years ago and eventually just stopped playing it and sold it. Last week i found a practically new quest 2 for 40$ and it re scratched my vr itch. So i ended up buying a quest 3. 600$ plus the 90$ bobo strap + 40$ case. So I’m at almost 750$ for the quest 3 and 40$ for the quest 2. I expected to be blown away by the 3 after not playing vr for all the years but i am kind of underwhelmed and regretting my purchase. The lenses are better yeah but they still have a sweet spot which i was expecting that whole aspect to go away. Maybe I’m just blind. And the games after all these years the top games are still the same old games. It seems like most of the focus hasn’t been on games but on all the multitasking/movies/using it like a mini pc. I don’t have time to sit in vr all day watching movies i was looking more to hop on and play a game for an hour or two and for the price it doesn’t seem worth the upgrade.

I’ve heard the psvr2 is better for purely just gaming which is all i attend to do so i might try that out. 300$ compared to 600+ (i already have a ps5 pro)

Yeah I don’t know I guess I’m just disappointed with the lack of progress vr has had in the past 5 years. I expected more

Quest 3 Question

I had the quest 2 and enjoyed it but idk if it was my eyes or the lenses or what but if the headset wasn’t 100% in the right spot it would be blurry. I know the new quest 3 has different lens type does that fix that issue?

Anyway to get money but avoid cash advance interest?

I got a bofa credit card 7k limit 0% interest on purchases for 18 months. I was wondering if there was any way to get 2000$ cash but not have the cash advance interest?

Which MTB around 1000$?

I want a mtb that will be good for trails and wheelies? I never road trails but it looks fun. My city also have big pedal bike rides in downtown so i would want to be able to attend those and do some basic wheelies while attending those. Is there a mtb good for both or should i just get 2 separate bikes?

Cooking grill?

Best way to cook simple meals? Like hamburger and hotdogs while camping. I have a small suv and have been wanting a small grill or flattop to cook when camping or going to the beach for 2-4 people.

I have been looking at a 20inch blackstone griddle. Weber smokey joe. Weber jumbo joe. weber go anywhere.

Good cheap things to learn to grill?

I got just a weber kettle and it’s my first time grilling I’ve cooked burgers on it twice. I was looking at the meat* section at costco and half the meats were like 60$. What are some cheaper things i can practice with so i don’t mess up 60$ worth of food?

Kid health insurance in texas?

What are my options i have 2 kids who have been on chip insurance and it always covered everything but apparently me and my wife make too much money now even though we are barely getting by. The insurance through my job that i had sucked and i would have to pay everytime i ever needed anything done and when i looked how much it would cost to add my kids it was like an extra 300-400 a month. And if it is the same type i had then i don’t see it doing much good if i still have to pay when i need to use it.
Are there any good cheap insurance companies that actually cover check ups? Dental cleanings? Shots? Cold/flu sicknesses. The basics? Hoping to spend no more than 200 a month.

At this point is just seems cheaper to not have insurance and pay the dr for the basic check ups and vaccines.

Rash for past month? Heat rash? folliculitis? Jock itch?

I have a had a rash for the path and have used jock itch powder. Regular baby powder. Zinc cream. Clotrimazole Cream. And it is not going away. Ive had sensitive skin all my life

How it started i was riding a motorcycle all weekend all day in texas its pretty hot so i was sitting in sweat all weekend. The rash is mainly on my lower groin area/ upper thigh/ not on my nuts. It’s more like inflamed bumps folicilitus? (Also at same time this rash started my buttcrack/where my tailbone is has been like red/ raw no bumpy rash tho.)

I try to keep the area dry and friction free but for work i have to walk around all day and I’m a sweaty guy.

I don’t feel like taking a picture spread eagle so hopefully i explained it good enough. (Probably didn’t so ill update with a picture later)

It was getting better but just wont go away. Ive used all those different products some at the same time my current idea is to use each of the products separately for about a week each and see if any work or help.

Tdlr. Sweaty all weekend. Got rash. Rash wont go away month later.
