Hi folks, like a lot of people lately, I'm being battered by hayfever lol mainly, a stuffy head feeling with dull aches and my eyes being bloodshot. Any advice or meds over the counter or through a GP you'd recommend? UK based. Thank you in advance!

Hi folks, so the first 2 weeks were not great...smoked joints every day for about 7 months then decided I'd had enough. I genuinely felt disconnected and just not myself. I've cut way back on caffeine too. Getting back into working out too but I've been feeling a bit light headed/dizzy and some weird sensations in my head, I'm drinking a lot more water and green tea/herbals. How long did it take you guys to start feeling "normal" again and, what routine helped you get there?

Any advice/ answers greatly appreciated!

Sadly, we recently lost one of the family dogs unexpectedly and the experience got me thinking...

1. When we cross over, do we have a choice to come back or, reside on the other side?

2. Can we somehow try to request a sign from a loved one who has passed?

I can't say I know for certain if I have psychic gifts but the night before our beloved dog took ill, I dreamt she was in harms way and it came down to two things which were causing her harm...I think it was these two things that caused her to pass but in the dream, her ailments were not revealed to me fully.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated and thank you.
