Help..

Im going to uni here soon, and i just went down there for a few days now; i got so itchy out of nowhere. I'm thinking it might be the water? As far as I know the water in Cardiff is harder than it is in my area, and i tend to get eczema sometimes (usually winter).

Im worried about this now. Is it something my body will get used to? Or am i just going to have to be constantly itchy for the next 3 years?

I've already taken a gap year i dont really want to panic over where to go for uni all over again because of this but i actually cant stand being itchy

How safe is cardiff to walk in at night?

I'm going to uni there (and also to a concert this month) and I've never really been in cities beyond day trips so I don't know how it goes. I live in a fairly small town for context, and I've never had issues being out at night there.

Is it safe to walk at night? For the concert it wouldn't be long, only 20 minutes or so to the hotel we're staying at if we walk

How many people actually get pap smears/pelvic exams?

I don't want to go through a pap smear/pelvic exam ever. They sound like a violating humiliation ritual. I don't want that at all. And the whole thing of people saying things like "well.. you HAVE to have it sometime" makes me feel uneasy. Are there many people out there who just.. don't have them?

Like, I've had my HPV vaccines and stuff and even though i'd probably like to try sex at least once I think I could miss out on it if it means i don't need to get an exam if the risk is HPV

How often do hormone pills/birth control make your boobs bigger?

I ask because I don't want this to happen. The opposite, actually. Id love a way to get rid of them.

But I really don't want periods anymore or to be depressed for 2 weeks every month and I don't think there's another good way around it

What are the best semi-permanent hair dye brands in the UK?

I got my hair bleached and dyed about 2 and A half weeks ago and it's already faded quite a lot so I'm thinking of finding some semi permanent to put over it. Kind you it was a pink/purple and I heard they fade quite quick. Anyone know which brands are the best?

Also if anyone has any tips on how to make hair colour last it'd be greatly appreciated

I mean the underneath parts of my hair are much more vibrant but then the outermost layers are definitely much more faded, practically blonde

What makes someone consider themselves a girl/boy?

I'm genuinely not trying to be transphobic or unaffirming or anything like that, the idea of identifying as either doesn't make sense to me.

I was watching TADC and it felt silly to me that Jax was implied to be trans mainly through liking.. Stereotypically girly things? Like bows and pink and stuff. I didn't understand it, I thought it was more suggesting she was just uncomfortable with femininity, not specifically that she was trans. Feels a bit demeaning to imply that a girl is just liking girly things. I'm sure that wasn't the intention but it just rubs me weirdly

I'm guessing it's got to just be subjective, right? Like people have different definitions in their head of what a "boy" is, what a "girl" is, or what neither are.

I'm sorry if I've framed this in an offensive way but I'm not sure how else I could ask this

How do i stop hating other people for not being aroace and stop hating myself for it?

I get irrationally angry at lesbians, bisexuals, straight people, etc etc and I hate myself for being aromantic asexual

I wish i could try to have sex with someone but the only way to really do that is get a prostitute and i'm too scared to do that

I might just fake attraction towards someone honestly, i think about it sometimes

Does anyone else aroace hate their orientation? How do you get past that?

Id love to push myself into dating whoever i can find just to say ive done it but i just cant make myself. I always back out. Allosexual people make me so jealous. Like, they don't even have to try to get interested/obsessed with someone, brain chemicals do it for them just because their brain decides the person is "hot" or "cute". It makes me so angry to think about it

I feel like I can't even talk to aroace people about it because most of them seem unbothered by their orientation. Envy is what I feel, i think. I want to *want* those feelings because it's just... easy mode. If I could artificially make myself obsess over someone I absolutely would. I just can't care about people. Or anything, to be honest. That's probably why it bothers me.

It's a bit extreme to say, but I hate allosexual/alloromantic people. Good for you, stop rubbing it in my face.

Doesn't help that society pushes it as an amazing thing and like..an end goal everyone should get.

Is this enough to consider top surgery?

Honestly I want top surgery mainly because i'd love to be able to walk around shirtless and i see no benefit to having breasts. They look.. dumb to me.

It used to bother me a whole lot more having them than it does now. Its more indifference now but I dunno. They look good in one or two shirts but that's it.

I have binders that I wear sometimes but they don't flatten nearly as much as I'd like them to. But.. Say i had a magic button that would immediately flatten my chest. I'd press it, i dont see a reason not to.

Its mainly sexual dimorphism and the social stuff, especially online. Why are people treated differently based on 'what they are'? I think it's the fact I don't have a choice in what I am that bothers me. If im in a good mood, i don't mind how i look. It's not as if i suffer terribly from my body nowadays. I just wish it wasn't so obvious. Why do i have to be a "woman"? The word bothers me, but I don't know if that's just misogyny or what.

How much should you care about your friends?

I ask because it's like I can't feel close to them at all. It's not that I hate them or anything, and I can objectively say they're lovely, but I just don't care about them all that much. I really wish I did. I know that sounds horrible :(

It's like there's some sort of disconnect on my end. Talking to them feels more like a chore than anything. Mind you, everything does for me. Like... Everything's neutral. I don't know what that is.

I wonder if the type of fictional characters i obsess over means something?

More of a silly ask really, but I've noticed a pattern in the characters I fixate on. I'll just generally favour them over the rest of the cast or think about them constantly for months on end.

It's generally the overtop evil ones, bonus points if they were like socially isolated or have self esteem issues.

So like if I had to think it'd be characters like Belos, William Afton, Bill Cipher, The Nowhere King and right now Scarlemagne (Kipo and the age of the wonderbeasts!).
