What is the fair value for this 2DS? Japanese or EU version (complete with the box)

This model wasn't released in the US, only in JP and the EU. I like the design, but also the retail box, which resembles the Game Boy's Pokémon Yellow

Don’t understand why Kaiyodo never reissue Yamaguchi’s Professor Layton

Looks awesome and well made, it was released back in 2009 with the Movie.
