Slowed down on my gargant a day (inevitable) but happy with how kragnos turned out - he fits in colour and theme wise enough that he doesn't look out of place which was always my hope.
They were really lovely models to paint and a nice change. Edit: can't edit/correct the title - apologies
Probably not a speed that I can keep up but heres my third gargant in the same amount of days. Aiming to have the army painted up in around a month. 🤞🏻
Used yesterday evening to paint a unit of old and new sabrefangs as a comparison. Old ones are so nostalgic but it's also great to see them up to date.
Thoughts on adding the extra Gorger to redd's base? Used a chain from the old stonehorn kit just attach it to the cuff around its ankle. Feels a little more like it's using more of its base even if a little busy.
Painted up my morga - did a head swap on the glutthorn as I much prefer the open mouth varian. It needed a bit work more than I originally thought. I'm not great with green stuff so hid my shoddy work with a trinket on either side. Tried to paint it up wintery to match my army.
Got to use my painted ogors, eat their way through Tzeentch finishing 23 - 12. Very fun to play - looking forward to learning the full game soon.

Excuse the very rushed paint job. I did them in an evening just as background filler to blend with my new ogors.
The models I bought were very rough with glue and gaps everywhere. I do like the old and new ogors but my brain does not like when armies don't match aesthetically. Therefore I had to head swap to newer heads to extend their time with me. Onto pre orders today 🤞🏻

Yesterday evening I painted up the old and new tyrant. I have swapped the head of the old tyrant so it fits my current new ogor army. Think the old one holds up really well. Happy with the finish considering the speed of the paint job being much quicker than my usual. I am also aware that for some reason the old tyrant is on a slightly larger base and I have no explanation as to why.
Painted up the conversion I posted here a few days ago. Mount holds up really well with the new models riding it I think 🤔
Generally have avoided light skin as I find it hard to paint but pretty happy with how these went.
So many cool models in the range but this is up there with my favourite. So many cool paint jobs on this page and if I can get to half of the level of most of them il be delighted!
Whilst I don't play currently I love painting and have loved the warcry models. This was one of my earlier models that I updated yesterday.
Put a few newer heads and helmets on the older models. Brand new to green stuff and sure most could do a better job but hopefully it helps to give someone an idea of what it could look like.
I love the helmets so most the conversions are with helmets which was easy. I did also swap heads of the leadbelchers as I play spearhead a lot so keeps things consistent.
So many bits left over from the army box. Managed to roughly put together a huskard/lord on stonehorn by using the original legs and putting the spare rider body on. Green stuff and gaps will need sorting but wanted to post as this took all of 5 mins.
Waiting in my army box but happened upon a second set of maulbeasts and couldn't resist. They took paint beautifully and were painted in 2 relatively short evenings. Can't wait to crack in with the rest. 360 video on my instagram @cogpaints if anyone is interested in a very amateur paint job 🤣
