I just realized i have self steeme issues!!!!! (Among my other mental issues) (vent?)

Story time ig. So i once in a while i try to listen to asmr sleepaid, as i am pathetic. But it never ends up working cuz my rational? part fights the part that enjoys it. Nd i end up kind up worse... In this case it had comfort and praising; so i thought "i dont deserve this, even if i had a gf, shed never praise me. Im useless" and tgat kind of stuff. I finally realized thats what bad self steem is!

So more stuff to add when i finally go yo my psychologist... which i just realized i missed my session the other day

Also, Mystic Mommy (the va i listen to) is very good, i love her voice. If you were fsr wondering
