Personally I like them and wished that was the main focus of the channel. He’s moved the retrospective and game analysis videos to his second channel.
I’m not against antagonists villains being redeemed. It makes sense for Diesel, Spencer, Bulgy, Splidge and even Arry & Bert to an extent to be redeemed but I think Diesel 10 should remain a villain. The personality he had in Magic Railroad was perfect and he was one of the few good things about the movie. He managed to be both comedic and intimidating at the same time. I really dislike how they tried to redeem him later in both Calling all engines and Day of the Diesels and in fan stories too.
Real life has bad people so what stops Thomas, a show that is generally more grounded than other kids shows from having bad irredeemable characters? Why the classic series (S1-5) and the railway series books by Awdry were so good are because they didn’t shy away from showing the crueler and darker sides of reality.
Redeeming Diesel 10 in my opinion takes away the thing that makes the character click. Even if you remove the claw and make him a more grounded character you can still have him remain evil and bitter, just look at a fan made character like Dudley.
Any particular things you’d like to see return or any new mechanics? I’d like to see Ribbon and Adeline get a bit more time to shine. I know they were in Star Allies but they weren’t major characters. Of course I want to see new characters and copy abilities too.

Jag har hört från vissa på internet att Spökliften var betydligt läskigare än både den gamla och nya versionen av Blå Tåget men jag vet inte om det stämmer. Om det är någon äldre person som har information om detta som har åkt attraktionen hade det uppskattats. Tydligen blev denna aldrig en succé och 1982 togs Blå Tåget tillbaka. Jag kan säga att i just detta fallet så är den senaste versionen av Blå Tåget den bästa utvändigt.

I don’t dislike Clive Spong and some of his later illustrations are pretty good but Hodges illustrations were much better as they were more detailed, expressive and dynamic plus his style was similar to the Edwards so the change won’t feel as abrupt.
Yes South Korea has problems with terrible working hours, rigid beauty standards and low birthrate. But come on. Most of these people haven’t even been to North Korea and advocating for Kim Jong Un to nuke South Korea is just diabolical and stupid. And the way they dehumanise south koreans as superficial a-holes is horrible. This guy is also south korean which is ironic. Considering the language they use they’re either edgy little kids or idiots or both. And the communist capitalist dystopia comment is just repeated over and over again.
