I'm way too sensitive and always cry in stressful situations
Even witnessing someone mad/upset, even if not at me, gets me crying- It's incredibly annoying since it makes it seem like I'm trying to bring attention to myself, which I'm absolutely not trying to do.
l've tried a bunch of methods to stop the tears before they happen:
Drinking out of a straw (choked, which made everything worse), pinching, breathing exercises...
I do take anxiety medication and have even thought of upping my dose.
I really need a healthy and less dramatic way of dealing with stress, crying every time something mildly inconvenient happens can’t be healthy for me, and doing so in public is just incredibly embarrassing. Any advice?

How bad is this
My biggest fear is having to remove my wisdom tooth. As you can see all but 1 decided to grow normally- I DO NOT want to have to get it fixed 😭

A show from your country you thought was more widespread?
When I discovered that not everyone grew up with Doki on the Discovery Kids channel I was appalled! Turns out this show and mascot only aired on Latin America!

Got inspired and tried customizing my very first card!
I got really inspired by this post https://www.reddit.com/r/customtradingcard/s/ZhDiualZl4 from u/rottneu3 and decided to try customizing my Clefairy card as well!
I have never done this before so it was tricky (especially because of my VERY cheap acrylic markers) but it was lost of fun! I’ll definitely try it on some of my other cards as well ❤️

Qual deve ser meu próximo upgrade?
Estou com o meu pc montado desde novembro de 2025! Eu entendo muito pouco sobre pcs, agora que estou me aprofundando mais no hobby. Quem escolheu as partes e montou foram amigos da faculdade, e hoje uso ele pra trabalhar como designer gráfica.
O único “upgrade” que fiz foi comprar outro stick de RAM um pouco antes dos preços explodirem (graças a Deus). Além disso não toquei em mais nada.
O que vocês recomendariam mudar? Me explique como se eu fosse burra, já que sou muito nova nesse mundo de pcs kkkakakakak
