So ive been noticing poop stuck on the eggcrates,in my dubia roach bin and a spike in moisture. i check the frass near the food bowl, and i saw wet frass covered in maggots, i quickly move the roaches and take the bin out to clean, i fed the leftover roaches and maggots to my chicks and then i washed the bin. how do i prevent these little bastards from getting in my bin?

Ik shes just trying to keep me safe, but not everything is connected to the storage room. The storage room is where i keep my dubia roach bin, and i recently got a maggot infestation. so im in there, moving the roaches to a new bin, and i come out of the stoarge room right as she walks in. she screams at me and says its why im always sick. btw ive been sick before even before i started by roach bin. like, not every time i sneeze is connected to the storage room lol

Im planning to make a stop motion for optimus and megatron, but i cant find any blast pieces for the guns and jetpacks. any idea where i can find some?

So today i looked in my roach bin and found maggots. i quickly emtpied theit half eaten lettuce which hads HUNDREDS of maggots. i used a paper towel to wipe out any extra maggots. i also saw extra moisture on the sides. while cleaning, i saw some fruit flies in the bin. i never bothered removing them since they didnt rlly do anything. im pretty sure it was the fruit flies, any ways on how to get rid of them?

So my mom decided to impulse buy a betta fish and i do not have the supplies to care for it. Im looking to trade my dubia roach colony in return for a list of fish supplies that i will tell you (must be brand new or in working condition) the roach bin includes EVERYTHING bin, egg crates, food dishes, heat mat, and thermostat, with all roaches, ranging from fully mature to tiny nymphs. Im in Maryland rn Owings

so me and my fam was driving around town until i saw a petco and asked if we could go there to see the geckos. while i was looking at the reptiles my mom decided to buy a fish for my sister because ''it looked pretty'' 20 minutes later, my little sis forgot the fish even existed. my mom didnt even buy anything else, just some food and the betta. i kept pushing her to get the supplies like heat, filter, and the hides, she deadass said ''you need to stop spending money'' if you dont want me to spend money, you shouldnt have gotten the fish. so yeah, now ive got a betta fish in piss water on my desk with no idea what to do with it.

why tf are reptile things so expensive? you can get smth that works the exact same way for way cheaper. take plant lights for example, aquarium lights cost like 10-20 dollars, and reptiles plant lights cost +100. its absurd

i want to get a pacman frog, but the the good UVBs are just too damn expensive. is there any way i can get the frog UVB without using a UVB light?

So my mom decides to make this HORRENDOUS piece of shit she calls ''dinner''. When she knows damn well me and my 4 other siblings fucking hate it. Its fucking vile, the beans look shriveled up and half rotten (mom SWEARS its fresh) there's this weird ass leaf thing that makes your tongue feel like its disintegrating, not to mention, it smells horrible.

My siblings wolf it down quickly to get it over with, but I have the most sensible tongue of the family and can barely get 2 bites in. And she says, ''why can't you eat it normally like all of your other siblings?'', who are fucking running up the stairs to to get rid of the horrible taste left on their tongues.

And when my eyes start watering from how bad the food was, she fucking mocked me. Then she STIRRED the food around, contaminating my rice. Once she went upstairs to take a show, i decided to try to finish the food, which i ended throwing up. So i decide to just take the rest of food out and dump it under a old log. I have a feeling not even the ants will eat that shit.

Ik its wasteful, but I honestly could not take another bite.

For those who are telling me to cook myself, my mom will just guilt trip me or say no entirely. and when i ask her if i can learn to cook. she'll say ''men are supposed to be working, not cooking''

Looking back, I kinda acted ungrateful. Idk why I made this post, I was Just really pissed how my mom made fun of me. Next time I'll try not to let my emotions get in the way of my actions. I hope yall understand.

my stupid little brother (lets call him dumbass because he is one) started crying today around 10 AM. dumbasses reason was ''he keeps leaving stuff in my room!'' mind you it was ONE FUCKING BOSU BALL that my little sister dragged out of my room to play with, the thing is, i didnt even know my little sis took it out. the only times i go into his room is to watch TV ( the family TV is in his room for some reason) and to take my books back (the little shithead goes into my room and steals MY books). instead of being normal and telling me, dumbass decides TO FUCKING CRY until my mom came out to comfort him. and just because my mom loves him more than the rest of us, she says its MY FAULT, when she knows damn well i dont use it anymore. if the roles were reversed she would not give a damn and tell me to grow up.

and if your going to defend him hes 12😔. i think my mom favors him more because he was born the same day as my moms birthday
