Unbelievable Today. Still cold too.

Seven bags of oranges, four feta cheese, a case of mac salad, case of dill pickles, pickle snackers, seven ravioli bags, three cookie dough packages, three coffees, two bags of loose apples, four bags of organic roma tomatoes. Not pictured are 2 juices I gave to a homeless guy. I am feeling VERY overwhelmed. All the fridge stuff expires in September 🤷‍♀️

Ideas on method to "wow the crowd" on a Design Vision

Looking for tactical advice from fellow Senior/Veteran designers on "wowing the crowd" for an initiative I'm driving.

I work on an IaaS product that suffers from fragmentation issues, stemming partially from the product side of things. All of our teams work (relatively) in silos and end up driving their own initiative so we end up with features on our product that have no connection to each other. We're solving singular problems instead of larger flow problems.

We're also relatively behind on introducing agentic AI support and have experienced churn over the past year from this. Feedback from churn has described lack of agentic support being a motivator for cancelling contracts and moving to our competitor.

I put together a Design Vision memo compiled from transcripts, stakeholder meetings, previous workshops, internal feedback, UXR, and sales feedback. I described the problem space (fragmentation, lack of agentic ai functionality) and am working with the PD's from each feature to figure out how we can be more cohesive.

The PD's all set out to figure out how to layer in agentic support for specific remediation user flows, which were singled out as the first effective issue to solve (high priority, low effort) - which is great!!!

So I have this Design Vision Memo, and lots of one-off design assets. I need to make a strong case for prioritizing the "what could be" design work to get Product on board.

The design assets are a collection of Figma screens and vibecoded repos. I'm thinking I need to put ALL THE THINGS together into one repo, record a walk-through, and use that to supplement the memo.

Just need a vibe/reality check. Is there more I can do beyond making a "mega example" of the "what could be"? Is this overkill?

Anyone else miss rectangle cafeteria pizza?

Am I the only weirdo that misses it? This tastes exactly like it.

Current: 145lbs, 1500-1700 cal/day (avg), 150-160g protein/day, progressive overload weight training 3-4 days per week at YMCA, 7.5mg dose (not compounded), .075 estradiol, 100mg progesterone.

The body recomposition has been the most interesting part for me. I am going to get a body scan soon because the scale technically has not budged at all in about a month. That means muscle building is happening, fat loss has happened. I'll post my body scan results as soon as I get em. The scale doesn't mean anything at this point.

Asked for a combined order invoice, then cancelled while complaining about shipping cost

Anyone else getting hosed on shipping costs? I had a buyer ask to combine multiple listings into one invoice to save on shipping but when I sent them the invoice they cancelled and left a hostile message about it being too expensive. So I went ahead and just turned off combined shipping because I don't want to deal with that again.

On a sidenote I was about to send a revised invoice offering a 20% discount because I felt bad about the shipping cost increase, but then they sent that hostile message so I guess no dice there.
