I first experience playing badgers in the digital tutorial, and it's what made me interested on getting the physical box

Also want to say thank you to the community for helping me choose what to purchase for my board game! Got the marauders box a while back and excited to play

Like the paper material, the image size, etc. I'd like to own the maps of both kingdoms for me to display and use

Edit; sorry for the confusion on what "real maps" mean, I meant like something that doesn't feel like you just print it on regular paper. Would like something that is on par with the map art itself

I noticed how silent it is to craft items in the game. Although if there are sounds, it might become annoying if you craft frequently

Long story short, I own a Switch 1 and a PS5, my brother owns a Switch 2 but won't let me borrow of course since I break stuff easily.

The pros of a Switch is it's portable, I can play Castlevania anywhere, but I worry of the framerate and graphics.

PS5 will definitely make the game look good especially on the big screen, but of course I can't bring it elsewhere.

What are your thoughts?

I noticed there's an expansion that involves badgers who collect relics and are kind of like knights/guards, which I love, but I don't know if they're fun to play.

I noticed there are two options: the big box and the hirelings one? The big box seems to be very expensive, so I'd like to hear the community's thoughts!

I'm a newbie to Root in general, but it seems like I'm quite fond of those badger guys. I do have Clockwork at home as a backup in case I don't have anyone to play with. I do like collecting things as well...
