In deficit getting leaner but I’m so exhausted I can barely drive

I’m extremely active. 3.7k burned today, which is a low day for me. Just tryna get that Tyler durden physique so I have been doing 700-1000k deficit, my sleep is in shambles. The last two days, as the day went on , I am struggling to drive that’s how much my energy is hit. Is this from a lack of sleep or is it from the deficit? Im scared to eat at maintenance because the scale jumps mess with my mind. I need advice. Should I eat at maintenance ? Should I just take more naps ?

THINKING ABOUT STARTING BREAKFAST SERVICE FOR SMALL INN/HOTEL

Need to get licensed and look into that aspect. But working at a small private hotel advertised as clean and convenient and has great occupancy rates just from price and cleanliness alone, I thought it would be great to implement a lean breakfast service add on. Breakfast would be $12-$15, very minimal menu, changing with time. Cost to create breakfast would be under $5. Thoughts? Trying to make it lean as possible.

Soo I am having qualms about my diet today.

For breakfast I ate a ninja creami that’s 500 cals total with add ins. For lunch, I am about to eat a 12 inch pizza from dominoes that is said to be 1200 ish cals with my chicken and steak toppings. And for dinner I am eating 2 ninja creamis again, with like 2 barebells protein each. I am finishing day with 3.2-3.5 k cals burned, and will technically be in a big deficit. BUT I don’t feel like I am in a deficit due to the pizza. Are my estimations wrong and the pizza is much more ?? It just doesn’t feel like a diet day and it’s messing with my mind. Usually I have a much more balanced day with healthy foods such as ground beef and sardines, today is a bit different, but still in significant deficit , but idk… maybe im over thinking it, I just need some help.

Need help with diet and my mind.

Been struggling mentally a bit, today was a bit better where I didn’t think about food all day, but did indulge. I think I have a need to be in prime shape at all times, which causes this battle in my damn head. This mental battle has been magnified by my new schedule which has me working alot more. Before I get into this, just to provide context , I am 155lbs 5’8, very athletic and I wanna say probably 15 percent body fat. Although for several reasons, I want to get to 145-147 pounds true weight (not my weight after heavy cardio), but in the morning. But yeah back to my work schedule, usually before this schedule, I have a hyper active schedule. It looked like 30 mins 10.2 METS stair master sesh , then 45-55 min lift ( high intensity, minimal rest, but nothing crazy when it comes to heavy weights), and then finish with 20 min stair master same effort. Some days I go super hard core and ramp up the speed in the seshes just to improve cardio but that’s only 2-3 times a week. Also, when I work at home, I can get 2-3 hours of walking pad in as well, I could do this everyday and get an addition 200-700(sometimes ) burn. Then at night, a non negotiable was indoor soccer, which I could squeeze 1-3 games depending on the schedule one hour each. And depending on how I felt I would get a vast range of calories burned from there. This would constantly get me to 3.7k plus days easily. Now that this work schedule has stopped me doing all these activities daily, I have way less cals to eat. My regular day is now 2.7k cals burned (just from stair master and gym, which I can do everyday) to 3.2k cals on the day I can squeeze in a soccer match, which I can’t even fully exert myself because I am sometimes a bit exhausted from work. BUT before this schedule I was easily getting 800 plus deficit and no mental battle, and was feeling great physically. But now to get a deficit much smaller, aiming for 500, it’s getting hard AND I just don’t feel like it’s working because I feel sedentary. And all I can think about is food, and how I will squeeze in certain foods at certain times like late night so I can go to bed feeling satisfied. For example, i make banana waffles and ninja creami ice cream at night for dinner, and in order to fit this 1.6 k cal meal I would have to starve myself throughout the day, AND mentally I do not feel like making this meal smaller and eating other foods is something I can handle because this is such a big source of happiness of my day. I just typed and sorry for doing so. I really just wanna reach 147 morning weight and maintain. Today I am at 500 cal deficit probably, but that’s only because I will have to go to planet fitness pay for a day pass since I don’t have a membership and it’s late, and do that for an hour. But yeah idk what to do, I’m still happy in life but I gotta iron this out

Really tryna stay consistent with this 1k deficit. But undershot protein today, and my diet seems HALF healthy, HALF junk volume.

Breakfast (~715 kcal)
Sweet Potato Protein Waffles
2 medium sweet potatoes
8½ tbsp rolled oats
2 whole eggs
4 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
Honey drizzle
Approx. macros
Protein: ~27 g
Carbs: ~117 g
Fat: ~13 g
Dinner (~980 kcal)
2 Ninja Creami Pints
Each pint contained:
½ banana
Handful of berries
4½ tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Mix-ins
3 Barebells bars (split between both pints)
Approx. macros
Protein: ~75 g
Carbs: ~108 g
Fat: ~26 g
Snacks (~285 kcal)
3 bags 7-Eleven Pickle Bites (~45 kcal)
2 boxes Krunchy Melts Sugar-Free Vanilla Meringues (2 oz each) (~240 kcal)
Daily Totals
Calories: ~1,980 kcal
Protein: ~102 g
Carbohydrates: ~235–245 g
Fat: ~39 g
Fiber: ~22–26 g

LMK what u think… tbh I’m only burning 3k total today, BUT the cravings are creeping in and the fatigue is getting to me. That’s why u see the absurd meringue (40 pieces I think ) size that I am uber eating. Stuck at work and Uber Eats doesn’t seem to have any other real hyper low options.

NOT LOSING WEIGHT?!? How accurate is this cal tracker

Been tracking my calories meticulously, but my weight loss has stagnated. I am 5’8 155lbs weighed in the morning. Been in a 1k deficit for most days, sometimes more, just to make up for the maintenance days I sometimes have to maintain my sanity. Should I see weight loss on a weekly basis or am I thinking too short term. Is this watch miscalculating my RMR? I am fairly confident in my activity burn because I have back checked that with the activities I partake in. I am also suspecting muscle growth to be another variable that might maintain my weight, since my diet is pretty dialed. Idk what I am doing wrong.

Been mixing in honey, but is using sweetener in the base better ?

Just afraid to use sweetener in the base because I have tasted a bitter taste from my previous batches where a lot of artificial sweeteners have been frozen. Honey is amazing, but i am just tryna cut down on cals.

RATE MY OMAD WAFFLE MEAL.

Please let me know if this meal is good for OMAD and for my lifestyle. Been so amazed by the healing effects of OMAD, but need my tasty meal at the end of the day and I don’t know if this is complete nutrition wise. These waffles are made with one plantain (large), 2 handfuls of berries (blue black or rasp) , 180 cals crushed chick peas, 1 cup oats, 5 eggs , 1 premier protein (160 cals 30 G protein ). A lot of honey . Total meal close to 2 k cals. I burn a minimal of 3k calories, but most days it’s easily 3.7 - 4.5k calories. I am extremely active , so the yo yo effect of binging is WILD if I go OMAD on a normal protein meal like steak veggies and rice. Also I have a sweet tooth so this meal makes it sustainable. Is this a notionally excellent meal? I know it is very carb heavy (although it does have alot of protein and healthy fats as well)

Does drinking zero cal energy drinks stop autophagy?

I rely heavy on energy drinks before working out. Just want to fully optimize autophagy because it has fully healed my pelvis region which has been screwed for a decade.

How much would it cost to open up a outdoor turf facility in USA

2 7v7 pitches and 1 5v5. I have tried doing all the calculations, and everything is pretty straightforward other then the pitches itself. Could I make em under 300k?

Maui tempura roll. Left out for 4 hours in room temp. Will refrigerate and save for tmr.

Yeah I know it’s risky, but I can’t eat it at the moment and don’t have the heart to throw it away. I know I will be craving it tmr and don’t wanna just flush funds.

Decided to start the 10 year journey of learning how to make sushi

I barely know how to cook. I can only cook steak, I know how to air fry chicken. I don’t even know how to cook eggs. Recently, I got into sushi, after 24 years of life. I always stayed away due to the raw aspect of it. I was blown away on how delicious it is. I have never really craved a specific food like sushi in my life. Also, to fulfill this craving, I have been spending way too much on Uber Eats for sushi. So I have decided to learn to how to make it myself. And good recommendations on where to start ? And tips from this who have mastered it ?
