Yeah I know it’s risky, but I can’t eat it at the moment and don’t have the heart to throw it away. I know I will be craving it tmr and don’t wanna just flush funds.

Decided to start the 10 year journey of learning how to make sushi

I barely know how to cook. I can only cook steak, I know how to air fry chicken. I don’t even know how to cook eggs. Recently, I got into sushi, after 24 years of life. I always stayed away due to the raw aspect of it. I was blown away on how delicious it is. I have never really craved a specific food like sushi in my life. Also, to fulfill this craving, I have been spending way too much on Uber Eats for sushi. So I have decided to learn to how to make it myself. And good recommendations on where to start ? And tips from this who have mastered it ?

My life is a blessing. But I have been dealing with some minor issues, and since I just found out about TRE (not completely sure how it is, educated so far thru GOT) I was wondering if it would be beneficial to my life.

Firstly, my hip has been bothering me since 2019, my last year of high school. At first it manifested as groin pain, which I believed was from my high school soccer season, then the pain radiated towards my other groin. And eventually, throughout these years, the main “pain” ( in quotes because it’s not unbearable usually , just sucks cause I LOVE soccer and my mobility is affected my game SIGNIFICANTLY) is in my pelivic conjunction right above my pubic region. Also, I will experience PSOAS pain a bit, but that has reduced with intentional diaphragm breathing throughout the day. So regarding this , would TRE help? Also, to add on, I have some facial assymmetry, which I am assuming is caused by this pelvic issue ( OR WHO KNOWS MAYBE VICE VERSA) , and this interconnectedness of the body is still something I am new to, but would this also be another aspect TRE helps? I am a bit insecure about looking at myself in photos.

Also, I have extreme trouble sleeping, this wasn’t the case in high school, but it started around the start of my 20s. I just cannot stop thinking, and I cannot seem to get tired consistently at a consistent time. I would sleep at times during the day when I am exhausted, but at night, I am just filled with so much energy and I am wired. This could be attributed to my late late night soccer games that fill me with adrenaline, but i also have extreme trouble sleeping in the rare nights I do not play. And everyday I work myself to try to reach the point of exhaustion ( min 2.5 k cals burned, vigorous activity. Gym, sometimes multiple soccer games) and still I cannot seem to sleep. I have had a very troubled past, not something I am willing to get into, just cause my life has been so positive, but maybe this is another likely cause.

But yea, those are two problems I just truly have an intuitive feeling TRE will help with. Everyone’s input will be GREATLY appreciated just to help me delve more into this. Thank you :)

I’m working with a small independently owned hotel (~60 rooms) in the West Palm Beach area and trying to better understand how construction companies handle lodging when crews are on projects away from home.

We’re not a resort-style property—more of a clean, affordable, no-frills setup with easy parking and flexible stays. We already get some crews and repeat workers, but I’m trying to understand the process from your side.

A few questions:

Who typically handles lodging (PM, office admin, foreman, etc.)?
Do you usually stick with one hotel once you find something reliable, or shop around each time?
What actually matters most when choosing a place (price, cleanliness, location, flexibility, billing, etc.)?
Do you prefer booking direct with a hotel, or going through platforms?

Just trying to find an effective way to reach these workers who need places to stay and be an option for them.

Appreciate any insight.

I’m working with a small independently owned hotel (~60 rooms) in South Florida and trying to improve occupancy during slower months.

We already do well during peak periods (events, concerts, etc.), but like most properties, we have dips where rooms sit empty.

The property is clean, affordable, and well-reviewed, but doesn’t have typical “resort” amenities (no pool, no breakfast), so it doesn’t compete as a vacation destination — more of a practical stay.

Instead of pushing more OTA reliance, I’m exploring a more direct approach:

building relationships with construction companies, restoration companies, and staffing agencies
targeting traveling workers, nurses, and short-term project-based stays
focusing on consistent occupancy vs. higher nightly pricing

The idea is to create a small pipeline of repeat B2B clients who regularly need rooms.

For those with experience in hospitality or B2B sales:

Is this a viable strategy long-term?
Are there better segments I should be targeting?
Any pitfalls I’m not thinking about?

Would appreciate any real-world insight.

Yo, here’s my semen retention log, ima start making it regularly. I started on February 13, and now it’s May 2—so you can do the math. During this whole stretch, I’ve been fasting pretty heavily. A lot of full-day fasts, though sometimes I eat during the day here and there—life happens. But mostly full-day fasting. Now, my routine is intense: 40 minutes of intense StairMaster daily, around 1.5 hours in the gym, plus multiple small-sided soccer games—once or twice a day. I’ve been fasting to try and enhance the spiritual benefits. I have noticed my libido has dropped, probably from the lack of food and all the activity—so I might need to up my intake. But the magnetism from the opposite gender has been crazy. I’ve had random women approach me, ask for my number, tell me I’m cute. I’m getting constant glances and random conversations. My life has been going in a good direction. I have decided to drop content online, which has been something I have been reluctant to do, but it will serve as exposure therapy which is the action SR has lead me to to evolve in life; I have been hindered in my past from my insecurities. I’ve also been trying to stay mentally celibate—completely lust-free—on top of all that. So what I want to know is: how can I increase my benefits? How do I deepen the spiritual side of this? And are there any dietary things I could add that would help even more? Also please feel free to ask me any DEEP question, I am here to converse and exchange ideas to learn :))).. part of this post was written by AI all my thoughts tho :)
