My car cover destroyed my finish

First the flair are too restrictive.

I have been using this cover for months with no issues. I am converting to full time roadster and when done I was going to have a custom cockpit cover made. For now I have a medium quality cover from Amazon.

Today I had to move the car. First time in a month. Its been raining heavy or 99f feels like 119F since end of May.

At first I thought wind (been big storms) wore off the clear coat. But it isn't wear. It appears to be oxidization from the cover intense heat and intense rain. We had 4 inches of rain in a 20 minute storm and we had lots of those.

Has anyone encountered this before? My son is 12 and I am saving the car for him. The one thing going well this this car WAS the paint. The damage is on 2 fenders. Hood. Trunk. Flippydippy. And a few other small spots.

In theory the clear coat could be gone, but that seems unlikely.

I posted this reply to the question of scariest movie I ever saw.

Anyone else remember this experience?

Got this gift for Christmas like 5 years ago and was blissfully unaware until a couple of months ago

I thought this was so funny for years.

If I turn off backup and delete photos in google photos and turn backup back on, will my photos be deleted some day in a sync?

If I turn off backup and delete photos in google photos and turn backup back on, will my photos be deleted some day in a sync? We used google backup to get photos to my wife's new phone. Now we have a premium storage I want to stop paying for. I turned off the backup, but I worry if she some day turns it on the photos will vanish.

Taking my son to Fenway for the first time (7/19) where to get tickets?

We are flying into town for Sail Boston and our schedule only leaves this game to go to. I grew up going to Fenway in the 70s and 80s, like my wife. We went to playoff games in 2007 together before we moved away. Last time we were buying game tickets it was physical tickets off of craigslist. I am a season ticket holder in the NBA so I get how it works, but not specifically for the Red Sox. I do not even know the going rate for Sox games. Which site do locals use to get tickets without getting taken advantage of? I know the team is not playing well, but $125 each for sitting under center field scoreboard seems high. Need 3 seats. My son requested Fenway as his one thing. He has been to 3 MLB stadiums but not Fenway.

EDIT: Thank you everyone, you gave some great help. I ended up looking into just about everything, but found someone selling their seats on seatgeek for a very good price. Waiting on the transfer right now. The concierge also sent me to a guy that seems really good and that is plan B. The unsold seats were not as good as the 3 i found on Seatgeek.

49 Years ago my Dad took me to see Star Warsin the Theater. Today I got to take my son to his first Star Wars movie in the theater.

I would like to say I did not cry at the end, but you all know I did. My dad passed away before he got to meet my son. I wish it was all 3 of us tonight.

I have no technical issues, but I want to view easier.

Has anyone come up with a non subscription based way to stream multiple camera onto monitors without a mobile device?

I think I can run virtual mobile devices and load the app there, then use a desktop or laptop to get that onto monitors. I know it is within my technical ability, but I am not sure I want to go through the hassle unless if there is a simple way.

I did search this subreddit a bit, but I was not seeing people trying to do this.

The recipe said thinnly sliced. I think I was too thin. When i do it again I would go 4 or 5 clicks on my slicer. This was 2 and 3 clicks. I am guessing 3mm would be good. Also it says 25 minutes of cooling. We waited 30. It tasted good. 2 days later in the fridge it tasted AMAZING. Here is recipe https://www.seriouseats.com/pickled-red-onions. First sandwich was chicken thigh and buffalo sauce on a jalepeno cheddar bun. Second was ham and provolone. And final thoughts. THIS WAS EASY. I feel like an idiot for not doing this 40 years ago.

My roof is 5 or 6 years old. It has been raining for weeks. People wash away rain. I had planned to redo the sealant this winter. I did not do it. I went and looked on the roof this weekend when it was sunny. There were no leaks. The roof had maybe 3 spots of cracking. One about 6 inches or so in size and the other less than a half an inch. Is there a reason to do the whole roof when I can just seal up the 3 spots over the top? I see many people on here saying if no crack then send it. I cannot justify resealing a roof that is already sealed. I feel I am more likely to make it worse.

Looking for a dog shelter that I can drop towels and blankets off at. Ideally near 10 and 1604. I need a place where I can drop them off while they are closed so my wife doesn't try to come home with a dog. Our previous dogs passed away. Family is not ready for another dog and we plan to travel a lot.

My neighbor had a stroke in 2020. This pic was taken in 2019 but he doesn't remember where. Where was it? I thought this group would figure it out in minutes.I think it was on a trip they had to connect through Sydney if that helps. i believe they were at a destination wedding. it could have been a different trip.
